Hello everyone, I just got into magic. i.e. bought a Nyx fatpack and a W/G intro deck and got together with a more experienced player and got to building decks. He mainly plays Blue decks and was fairly unfamiliar with building White. He helped me by building a G/B deck that performs fairly well in both a multiplayer setup and a 1v1. At the same time I took my existing cards and built up a W/B deck. The theme of the deck is to control the board till late game and begin to place a large amount of creatures with lifelink, and trample. He thought it looked decent and we proceeded to test it against mainly blue builds. We worked it into a couple games with 5 Players. It has failed every game and I have had other players work with it. They have all said that it has decent ideas but it lacks some stuff. We have mostly decided that there is a general lack of flow to the deck in the early stages of the game. It does work decently in the late game but it has trouble getting there and when it does blue shenanigans have taken their toll. (ingestor eats my buffed creature, etc.) My question is what is working in this deck? What isn't working? and how might I make the chemistry of this deck stronger?
**Symptoms I suspect are causing this deck to be weaker
---Too many spells and not enough creatures
---Weak Early game control/presence (I think Infect/aggro decks would eat this one)
---Not enough synergy and combos to be good in different situations (too niche)
---lack of mana excel/speeding up my hand to get to late game
Please leave me any comments that you have and I appreciate all feedback. I know this deck needs a lot of work and I composed it in the course of 2 days with a very limited pool of cards/knowledge
