I think I agree with you on gods willing. I am not happy about it, but I don't think 4 is the right number for the weenie deck. I know you are looking in colour order, but I will skip ahead. I think I will try 2 and try 2 of Coordinated assault rather than the dauntless onslaught. The one mana cost is going to relevant, and granting first strike functions very similarly to the toughness pump of dauntless onslaught. Although, depending on how important protecting some of the heroic creatures could be this might be wrong. In particular, I think fabled hero will be the most important creature for the weenie deck, and it doesn't really benefit from the coordinated assault. Testing will determine the right course, as it always does.
I'll say the same as I did in the comments there - I find it odd you didn't single out Hero's Downfall or Gray Merchant. Both are cards I expect to have a sizable impact. I agree with Purphoros, his hype is from standard where hybrid and heavy color symbol is much much easier to use for profit.
Yeah, thanks for the comment. I mentioned the removal in the first article, not the individual card reviews and didn't have much to say about it other than its hard to see a creature less deck existing in the meta, meaning it's upside over murder is unlikely to be huge. I initially had merchant and disciple individually spotlighted, but I spelt out the interaction I wanted to highlight in rescue and whip.
Reaper of the Wilds is one of the best creatures in set (especially because it is gorgon and have option for hexproof). 4/5 body seems really hard to kill in this set.
Pharika's Mender, is 5 mana 4/3 gorgon (not so nice with all anger of goods and lightning strikes), however can be considered another card advantage.
Do you guy thinks it is possible to make some kind of Bg sub-theme reanimation deck? Commune with the Gods and Returned Centaur might not be really good (especialy centaur), but they feeds this subtheme.
I wouldn't try to miss nighthowler, as it is solid heroic - enabler that gives a really good punch in combat.
Breewing Bg list right now, will post it after done.

I'm writing the second one now and plan to have a "speculative list" article up too before the format launches.
