Put tablet of the guilds and druids deliverance in the sideboard.
Remove smite, wayfaring temple and avenging arrow from your deck. You can play arrest if you want removal.
Growing ranks and collective blessing do nothing on their own, so you probably should play less of them, probably 1 of each.
You should be playing 3-4 Selesnya charms and 2-4 Selesnya keyrunes. Centaur healer is another card you could consider playing.
For your sideboard you want 2-3 rootborn defenses, 2-3 aerial predations, 1-3 sundering growths, and 1-2 rest in peaces
