Under construction and looking for card suggestions.
Alternate Win-con Tribal
With the release of Simic Ascendancy, I've decided it's time to try my hand at alternate win-con tribal. This is completely a casual deck meant to keep my opponents guessing as to how I might win. But not all alternate win-cons are created equal or even work well together, and these cards are going to determine the rest of the deck.
The Good
These are the most likely to win the game. Several of them even support each other or at least are supported by similar cards. In order to maximize our chances at winning with these, we'll need to run lots of creatures, lots of artifacts, proliferate, and lifegain. Best of all are cards that fill multiples of these roles - in other words, Atraxa, Praetors' Voice. Atraxa, however, cannot be our commander, as that would eliminate three of our win-cons (Hellkite Tyrant, Mayael's Aria, Maze's End).
We're running these, but we can't really depend on winning with them. Biovisionary wins with a kicked Rite of Replication or Mirrorweave (with proper timing), but otherwise is basically a vanilla creature. We're not supporting Laboratory Maniac's ability, but it's a creature and can make our opponents worry about milling or wheeling us. And Liliana's Contract is card draw that may just get lucky if we manage to get four of our Demons in play.
There's just no room for these in the deck. They are either risky to set up, useless in a 100-card format, completely unsupported, banned, useless in singleton, or have other strikes against them. I considered Helix Pinnacle, but it does nothing at all unless you pay 100 mana and is expensive ($$$). Test of Endurance is a bad Felidar Sovereign that doesn't even gain life or support our other win-cons.
deepglow skate (sadly increased in price because of war of the spark) but basicly a shortcut to get the counters to the max most particually the reactor that’s the only alt win that triggers immediately when it happens Winding Constrictor basicly a backup
by the way brudiclad can help you win with biovisonary as well since helm of the host is in the deck
I will tip you out on azor’s elocutors even though your not gonna put it in if you have paradox haze then you only need 1 counter on the elocutors if pir is in play
Cradle of Vitality so it helps the cat Win-Con too and make your creatures bigger faster hey the second one is 10 life get the win right there and don’t get me started on Wall of Reverence with this and ofcoarse the one cards that will instantly get the win one to activate
For leveler you draw last thus the last man standing have laboratory maniac in play for a safety net
EDIT: war of the spark might want to bring a couple of the proliferate cards inside for the counter involved win cons in this and also replace lab man with jace and maybe war of the spark bolas as well since he can kill the whole table

Notable Cards
Ramos, Dragon Engine - Our commander is an artifact creature that uses +1/+1 counters to get really big while providing us mana to play whatever we want. He can even get big enough for a commander damage kill.
Atraxa, Praetors' Voice - She interacts directly with seven of our win conditions and our commander, as well as being a legitimate threat on her own.
Krav, the Unredeemed - He's a Demon that sacrifices creatures, draws cards, gains life, and adds +1/+1 counters to get really big.
Alchemist's Refuge - This card is so underrated, but it's one of the best lands you can run in a deck. This deck in particular can use it to pull a surprise win.
Archfiend of Despair - Another Demon that potentially kills our opponents.
Hangarback Walker - +1/+1 counters and creates a number of artifact creature tokens with the same name. It also creates a board wipe with Mirrorweave, a card we're running for it's ability to win the game with Biovisionary.
Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer - Brudiclad can transform our various tokens into other tokens, priming us for a win with Mechanized Production or Revel in Riches.
Chance for Glory - Sometimes you get everything set up for a win but then have to wait a turn. No more waiting. And who cares if it says you lose at end of turn if you win at the beginning.

First thing to mention
If you gonna use Liliana's Contract
Put one or more in the deck
And for the counter ones
deepglow skate (sadly increased in price because of war of the spark) but basicly a shortcut to get the counters to the max most particually the reactor that’s the only alt win that triggers immediately when it happens
Winding Constrictor basicly a backup
by the way brudiclad can help you win with biovisonary as well since helm of the host is in the deck
Really maze’s end and no scapeshift and no land recursion like Splendid Reclamation/crucible of worlds
I will tip you out on azor’s elocutors even though your not gonna put it in if you have paradox haze then you only need 1 counter on the elocutors if pir is in play
platinum angel syngrizes with the theme plus safety net for chance for glory
By the way final fortune is a hair better since it’s 1 less mana
For mayael’s aria
Cradle of Vitality so it helps the cat Win-Con too and make your creatures bigger faster hey the second one is 10 life get the win right there and don’t get me started on Wall of Reverence with this and ofcoarse the one cards that will instantly get the win one to activate
Serra Avatar
approach of the second sun
The demon is the only thing I see for it
How about any of these
Demonic Consultation and spoils of the vaultworks with laborotry maniac too by the way
For hellkite are you brave enough for hate from people with Mycosynth Lattice
Last but not least epic struggle
You got the avenger, trostani 1.0 and the skulker
How about these
Any thing that gives a doubling season esc effect
Now one last thing the ultimate guaranteed win-condition if you pull this off
fractured identity + Phage the Untouchable or leveler
For leveler you draw last thus the last man standing have laboratory maniac in play for a safety net
EDIT: war of the spark might want to bring a couple of the proliferate cards inside for the counter involved win cons in this and also replace lab man with jace and maybe war of the spark bolas as well since he can kill the whole table
