I am new to the game and with the help of my SO, I am building my first deck... sorry if my tags are a little off.
It is supposed to use card advantage and slow things down to make lots of tokens to win. I also insisted that is be hated by those at the table hence statsis and the like. Any suggestions would be appreciated. My SO suggested you guys would be able to help.
Hi, welcome to the forums. I thought I'd group your deck by type, just because it's super hard to figure out whats going on when it's just an alphabetical ordered list. You can edit your posts, so just copy and paste the list below into your deck tags.
Be mindful of running Aura Thief. While it does combo with Enchanted Evening, there is also a risk to using it as it can be copied or stolen and then sacrificed to turn the effect against you.

Ooh that's nasty I bet my SO suggested it just to do it :).
Solitary Confinement is also a great tool to disrupt the enemy gameplan, since the discarding is negligable, since you're likely to have some enchantresses on the board most of the time. (Eidolon of Blossoms for instance).
I also would like to strongly suggest Utopia Sprawl like other posters, because it turns Estrid into ramp with her +1.
Bloom Tender is also a card I like in 3-colour decks, and Mana Reflection is also a card that's good in most decks with green.
I'm a big fan of the card Parallax Wave with the already powerful Enchanted Evening + Opalescence combo. Normally the latter wins the game but parallax wave ensure you win. It exiles all target permanents (don't target your own lol).
*edit Sylvan Library and Abundance also allows you to "draw" three cards of your turn whether it be lands or nonlands.
Starfield of Nyx has incredible artwork and could be used as a surprise alpha strike with your beefy enchantments and if it sticks around and your board doesn't get wiped you get a baby Replenish effect. Clearly it's no Opalescence but it could be worth testing.
Speaking of Replenish, where is it? Same with Academy Rector. They're both incredible game winners.
Grand Abolisher would be an excelent addition to your deck as well. cost is white/white for a 2/2 creature that prevents your opponents from playing spells and abilities during your turn. This would let you execute your stratagies without worry about an opponent trying to counter them since the only thing they are allowed to do is block your attacks with their own creatures and they can't even do that if you have archatype of immagination out unless they have reach so, yeah a really good card to have.
1. Anointed Procession and Doubling Season are also very good token doublers (with the latter playing very well with planes walkers. Parallel Evolution is a two shot effect to double all tokens that you have.
2. Token decks also synergies very well with Cathar's Crusade and Craterhoof Behemoth. Avenger of Zendikar creates a ton of tokens very quickly. Tooth and Nail or Defense of the Heart can get both of them together to quickly end the game.
3. Counterspells or indestructibility is a must to protect your tokens. Unfortunately, Gaddock Teeg doesn't work so well with a lot of your deck.
4. Elspeths (basically all three) all love tokens and make a ton of them.
One thing I noticed is that the deck is trying to do multiple things at once in lieu of focusing on one to two gameplans. With cards that are in there solely for comboing out, make sure that they either synergize with the rest of your deck, are good on their own, or are able to tutor up the combo easily.
These are all great suggestions, thank you all, I'll test some more and keep coming back to optimise. I have added Replenish and will look to add some of the others listed. I did consider Grand Abolisher but am trying to keep to enchantment creatures so included City of Solitude instead.
I agree some cards may be redundant to the core strategy and these may become open over time but I am hoping that my debut at my SO's kitchen table group will be a winner and hopefully get a few eye rolls.

Get stasis lock online and win with 20/20 or PW ultimates. I’m loving it so far.
And dark depths and solemnity look pretty sweet too.

Seconding Parallax Wave. That card is sweet even outside of the Enchanted Evening/Opalescence combo.
I'm surprised to see Mystic Remora but not Rhystic Study.
Exploration for ramp seems good. Doubling Season for your tokens and Estrid.
I would run a few more counters in order to more easily have access to them when needed. Mana Drain, Counterspell, Disallow, Swan Song, and Negate would be decent additions.
40 lands seems high, especially with all of the enchantress card draw effects. You could drop to 37 or so and likely be safe.
