I found a very thorough Kaalia thread, located here, that you might find helpful. If you have specific questions, you might choose to post on that list, as the people on that thread seem to know Kaalia EDH decks pretty well. Good luck!
Thanks for the shoutout, Outcryqq! I appreciate it sincerely, and it's good to know that others know that the Kaalia Primer is in existence and is useful.
@BigBIg5
Congrats on buying the Commander anthology. There's some sweet decklists in it, but Heavenly Inferno was the one that attracted me the most as well. And Kaalia has NOT disappointed over the past 8 years (on and off again) that I (and my wife) have played her.
I definitely recommend you check out the Primer (link is in my signature for reference) as it has a highly tuned and very effective decklist and strategy outline. The most important thing to know about Kaalia is that she cheats you a MASSIVE amount of mana each turn that she attacks; that's her biggest strength as a Commander. Because mana costs for Angels/Demons/Dragons are mostly irrelevant, we can play a higher density of High CMC creatures that would normally clutter our hand and not really get cast. So, the overall strategy for Kaalia, as I see it, is we need to create a board state whereby we can safely cast Kaalia and attack with her multiple times.
This is the reason that I have chosen to create a dedicated Stax list. Stax pieces, such as Thalia, Guardian of Thraben and Rule of Law, affect our opponents in a much more devastating fashion (typically). They then devote most of their attention and resources trying to remove those Stax pieces, so that they can execute their own game plan and try to win, allowing us a chance to safely cast Kaalia and attack with her.
In regards to your specific list, I would recommend making these changes to your list:
Master Warcraft, while cute, is not nearly as important to a deck as a tutor effect. Controlling combat for just one turn is not important when you need to see certain cards more frequently than others. I would add in Vampiric Tutor, nice and clean swap.
There are definitely other suggestions that I would make, but I'd rather not overwhelm you.

There are definitely other suggestions that I would make, but I'd rather not overwhelm you.
UB Dralnu, Lich Lord
RBW [Primer]-Kaalia of the Vast
BUG [Primer]-Tasigur, the Golden Fang
GWU [Primer]-Arcades, the Strategist
WUB Primer-Aminatou, the Fateshifter
UBR Nicol Bolas, the Ravager
I would personally add:
Swords to plowshares
Vindicate
Anguished unmaking
Mother of runes
Earnest fellowship
Painful truths is cheap draw, as is morbid curiosity.
When i play white, I always play Tithe, I like it.
Why not some reanimation package including faithless looting (and the like), reanimate, animate dead and Karmic guide.
Steel hellkite is a Damn good dragon, straigh from hell.
Thats it for now...
But...
Aven mindcensor
Grand abolisher
Reconnaissance
Disciple of bolas
Also do a ton of job...
And those shouldn't be in the maybe board, but in the deck:
Aurelia, the Warleader
Avacyn, Angel of Hope
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight
Austere Command
Demonic Tutor
Enlightened Tutor
Vampiric Tutor
I personally keep keep Iona, Shield of Emeria, master of cruelties and armageddon, for when people play more evil deck.
