The general problem with Apostle decks is that spread out in each color of the pie are very fun cards that accelerate and make more explosive the interactions that can be done with 28(in this case) of the same card in the deck. I ended up in this 4 Color deck largely because the R options are not as fun as the others and the distinct lack of a 5C commander that I like for a Shadowborn deck. This deck doesn't run popular Apostle / Rat deck favorite Thrumming Stone a card that I find works better in a deck that plays more demons, apostles and less colors typically.
Commanders
Tymna The Weaver: Tymna provides early CA in the ability to swing those early apostles into open players for some cards.
Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix: Kydele works well with Tymna in the short term and other pieces in the long term.
It is also very relevant for later that both of them are Humans.
I think it makes the most sense to break this down by colors, starting with the most important of the support colors.
W cards and Interactions:
Most of the time you will see Apostle decks be BW because while there are some very good choices for mono-B commanders the cards that W opens up are indispensable and always worth the inclusion.
Recruiter of the Guard: Finds the most important creatures in the deck or an Apostle in one very specific situation.
Edgewalker: Makes Apostles free to cast, makes Tymna cast 1 also. This card is largely the reason people like going into W since having free creatures opens up a lot paths to combo. Also found with RotG
Academy Rector: Most of the real powerful cards that work with the creatures in the deck are enchantments, found with RotG.
Remembrance: The W same name card and a pretty good one replacing each Apostle that dies with a fresh one as long as the deck has extra to spare
Enduring Renewal: I haven't tried this card in one of these decks before but on the face of it seems pretty great.
G cards and interactions:
Bloodbond March: The reason people splash green into these decks play an Apostle and reanimate all the Apostles in the grave a card that needs to be answered or will run away with the game.
Arcane Adaptation: These decks ran Conspiracy in the past for this effect but this version being a 3 mana card bonkers, typically Demon is called allowing Apostles to pull any creature out of the deck (beginning with Angel of Glory's Rise)
Sphinx of the Chimes: The reason this deck has blue in it, the most powerful card in the deck and a card that often has to be answered or it will run away with the game turns 2 Apostles into 4 cards and typically in most hands you will have another 2 Apostles to keep this going.
Faces of the Past: An Apostle dies untap all other humans, can also be used to prevent damage by tapping down important or very big creatures. This is the card that makes most out of the fact that Kydele is a human.
Paradoxical Outcome: Saves Apostles from wipes and also can be used if needing a lot of draw.
0 cards and interactions:
Genesis Chamber: Turns Apostles into 2 bodies for the same mana, other decks get the benefit but most of them will not be able to use it as much as this deck will.
Gemstone Array: Turns Kydele taps into mana of any color at a not terrible rate. Might change this to Initiates of the Ebon Hand for the discount on CMC and ability.
Those above cards then combine into infinite combos of mana, mill, storm or others and that is generally how the deck wins. Curious to see how it works when I put it to the test.

W cards and Interactions:
Most of the time you will see Apostle decks be BW because while there are some very good choices for mono-B commanders the cards that W opens up are indispensable and always worth the inclusion.
Angel of Glory's Rise: 30+ Humans in the deck makes this card pretty amazing.

Bloodbond March: The reason people splash green into these decks play an Apostle and reanimate all the Apostles in the grave a card that needs to be answered or will run away with the game.
Cryptolith Rite: Apostles become Birds of Paradise considering running Concordant Crossroads to really turn this into overdrive but not sure yet.
Eldritch Evolution: Apostles find something 3CMC and it just scales up from there exceptionally fun with Academy Rector
U cards and interactions:
Arcane Adaptation: These decks ran Conspiracy in the past for this effect but this version being a 3 mana card bonkers, typically Demon is called allowing Apostles to pull any creature out of the deck (beginning with Angel of Glory's Rise)

B cards and interactions:
Apostles turn into Demons typically this deck runs Razaketh, the Foulblooded Harvester of Souls
Secret Salvage: Have an Apostle in the GY want the rest of them in hand or a good number cast this spell. Thank you Kaladesh.
Rotlung Reanimator: Apostles dying turn into bodies.
Those above cards then combine into infinite combos of mana, mill, storm or others and that is generally how the deck wins. Curious to see how it works when I put it to the test.
