So, after 6 month I started to rebuild all commander's 2017 to face each other. Here is Draconic Domination
First, of all, some rules for all decks:
1 - No uncondidional tutors alowed, all decks have win game combos (nothing like turn 3-5 combos), free tutors wouldn't be fun.
13 Card draws, tutors, or put cards in play directly from library
11 Ramp cards + 8 cost reduction/cast for free/etc
4 Recover from graveyard
7 ways to give haste for creatures (2 dragons only, 1 flying only) + 7 haste creatures
This is particulary important since there is 18 cards that attack/damage matters. Aggravated Assault, Scourge of the Throne and Hellkite Charger help with that too.
"Cast" is better than put in to play, there are some cards that care for this, like:
Animar, Soul of Elements - While a creature ramp is fragile, protection from black and white against other commander 2017 is very good Maelstrom Wanderer - Double cascade is great, and most cards cost less than 8 Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder - The only sad part is that trigger only after damage, so don't add much to the haste. Maelstrom Archangel - As Yidris, only after damage, but with both, just choose the right order on the stack Maelstrom Nexus - Sad that is only the first spell. This make it one of the worst effects, but at least is an enchantment. would be better if I had more than 1 instant, lol. Sunbird's Invocation - is the best snowball in the deck, when combine with Widris, Archangel, any mana ramps is really easy to things get out of control. Ramos, Dragon Engine - Another great way to snowball is getting mana. With any of the cards above, the activation each turn is guaranteed. Ramos, Dragon Engine and Mirari's Wake make really easy to cast 4+ spells in one turn, that's why I want to add Mana Reflection, but don't know what to cut. Maybe Defense of the Heart, I never drew that card in a test, looks absolutly amazing to get any two creatures for 4 mana (but after an entire round). I can't confirm if is worth it.
About some maybeboards: Dragonstorm would be damn fun. Lookf clearly a win more, as Mind's Desire, anyone already tested this in EDH? Mana Reflection this is probably the first addition, since Mirari's Wake with any card draw almost always end the game if not responded.

2 - No ultra ramp like Mana Crypt (except Sol Ring)

How all decks are tribal, cards like Coat of Arms doesn't make much sense here.
This deck really want to cheat big creatures in the battlefield and attack as soon as possible (to cheat even more creatures).

Some cool interactions:
Dragon Tempest/Scourge of Valkas + Rite of Replication/Patriarch's Bidding = 100+ damage. In fact, with all ways to cheat creatures in the battlefield, those cards easily end game if you start to snowballing.
