So as not wanting to completely change a different thread this is a very different take on a style of deck that I have made before here that being:
RBGWU
Here is a deck that combines that general game plan with a 5C mechanic I have been wanting to abuse for a while that just works the best with Zada that being Arcane Cards and Splicing effects onto them.
In the first deck I made that ran Zada This Gruul Wort deck one of the things I lucked into was playing Kodama's Might that spliced onto a Kodama's Reach to pull out all the basics out of the deck one game. That interaction stuck in the back of my mind as I kept making 5C Zada monstrosities with Planeswalkers and Proliferate and even a bit of Energy with Confiscation Coup into Marvel.
Now however the time is right to return to one of the signature mechanics of the Kamigawa block and to use it to completely overwhelm tables in spell effects.
Here is the list as it exists right now this is all theoretical right now as I have not had a chance yet to play it
A lot of the deck is draw and ramp and a bit of tutor and getting a board ready for Zada and the fun.
Everything you wanted to know about Splicing with Zada but were afraid to ask
The general way this deck works is that it takes one of these cards
And adds this effect onto an arcane card targeting Zada with it and copying said arcane spell for each creature you control. We also run splicing cards that do not target but since you can splice as many cards in your hand with "Splice Onto Arcane" onto a spell once you can apply one of the above cards and then further apply
and/or
Now the obvious benefits and why this can work with so few splice cards is because splicing a spell isn't casting it or removing it from your hand so it allows you to do things like
Splice a target onto Eerie Procession to pull all the other arcane and splice cards out of your deck
Or the previously stated Kodama's Reach
Where the rubber begins to hit the road is stuff like Crack the Earth especially when spliced with a target and Spiritual Visit
Or the dangerously potent Path of Anger's Flame with a bit of targeting applied
Traditional Zada Bull*****
As well as the splicing this deck runs a lot of the expected stuff you will see in 5C Zada decks.
Finally a bit about Zada's more dangerous back up instant Cousin
This is a very potent and very very dangerous card in this deck that a lot of people are not expecting. It can basically take anything I explained earlier with Zada and splicing and drive it into complete overdrive especially with things like Psychic Puppetry which take note says Permanent not creature.
Radiate makes things like Rending Vines in really good things but makes cards like Eye of Nowhere into downright monsters especially if said Eye of Nowhere is spliced with Spiritual Visit so at end of it all resolving the only thing on the board is your army of Spirits.
Thanks for reading, I hope to get a chance to play this later in the week to see if I built something that works or not. Suggestions always welcome.

Crimson Wisps Cerulean Wisps Slip Through Space for your draws (And the last one for when you need some unblockable for a kill.
Rite of Replication for when you need 1 or 5 of everything you control (add in a Entwined Rude Awakening for exactly what that card calls for)
Combine a Heliod, God of the Sun with a Seize the Day for a lot of combat
Want to flip coins Fiery Gambit has you covered
Other Combo Stuff
Well as long as I want tokens and draw I thought the The Locust God was a nice fit which led to Cryptolith Rite which further led
to Beck // Call
General Tazri being the real Commander leads to Arcane Adaptation leads to Ghostly Flicker which then leads into Dualcaster Mage
