Looks like a solid, synergistic try for a first attempt. You also kept a good eye on your curve, which many newer players fail to do - you have lots of cheap guys to take advantage of your commander, which is great. You are running a lot of cards, however, that while they match the theme they are extremely weak and narrow. For example, look at Satyr Rambler - in your deck he's just straight up worse than Nef-Crop Entangler and Makindi Sliderunner, and those cards aren't exactly A-listers. What I'm going to do is try to recommend a few top-priority budget purchases:
Step 1: Better Creatures:
The heart and soul of Stonebrow is functioning as a sort of "Lord of Tramplers", and a general is only as good as his army. Priority one is grabbing better creatures; not necessarily all of them but below is a list of really solid creatures across mana costs that are all $1 or less.
Stonebrow also triggers "Whenever" a trampler attacks, and that is great if you can get extra combats! Most extra combat cards are expensive, and going infinite combat is insane. But, Combat Celebrant, Relentless Assault, and Hellkite Charger are all affordable and even one turn of extra combats can be devastating.
Step 4: More Power
Finally, a little more utility never hurt anyone. Particularly great are effects that scale based on power - cards like Shamanic Revelation, Rishkar's Expertise, and Mouth // Feed can be great reloads for your deck because of how they interact with your commander, while Monstrous Onslaught and Ulvenwald Tracker offer a great way to control the board.
I appreciate the help. I have changed the deck a bit, here is the latest version. I still haven't played commander, however I did my 1st draft ever early friday morning with the Masters 25 cards. It was a lot of fun.
Thanks,
Chris

Step 1: Better Creatures:
The heart and soul of Stonebrow is functioning as a sort of "Lord of Tramplers", and a general is only as good as his army. Priority one is grabbing better creatures; not necessarily all of them but below is a list of really solid creatures across mana costs that are all $1 or less.

6 Rapacious One
6 Soul of the Harvest
7 Atarka, World Render
7 Garruk's Horde
7 Pelakka Wurm
These are all a dollar or less, so they should be easy enough to trade for or purchase over time. To make room for some of these, start cutting all your creatures that just have "Vanilla" keywords (trample, reach) or have to spend mana or meet some other condition to get trample (like Malachite Golem). Not all of them are bad; Thundering Tanadon, Plated Crusher, and Garruk's Companion are all reasonable cards. Most of them are quite bad though, with Titanic Bulvox, Urza's Engine, Scrapyard Mongrel, Vestige of Emrakul, Malachite Golem, Igneous Golem, Henge Guardian, Archweaver, and Pilgrim of the Fires being especially awful.
If you can afford to spend a little bit more, Managorger Hydra, Pathbreaker Ibex, and Deus of Calamity are all also super good and not too costly.
Step 2: Ramp Up!
One weakness here is a total lack of efficient ramp cards. Stonebrow is 5 mana, will get killed often, and encourages the playing of multiple 6 and 7-mana jawbreakers. Work on acquiring staple ramp cards like Sol Ring, Nature's Lore, Sakura-Tribe Elder, Cultivate, Nissa's Pilgrimage, Wood Elves, Rampant Growth, Worn Powerstone, and Talisman of Impulse as quickly as can be done, to help you more reliably hit an early Stonebrow. You can cut lands and some of the most particularly slow ramp cards (Green Mana Battery, Market Festival and weaker 4-mana creatures to make a little room.
Step 3: Attack More!
Having a big trampling army is cool, but waiting a whole turn to hit folks is lame. Haste enablers like Fires of Yavimaya, Fervor, Hammer of Purphoros, and Ogre Battledriver will make this deck run much more smoothly as well classics like Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot Boots.
Finally, the best trample enablers should be permanent, cheap, team-wide, or reusable. I would work on cutting stuff like Bestial Fury (which doesn't even work with Stonebrow! :(), Temur Runemark, Sylvan Might, Surge of Strength, Kird Chieftain, and Larger than Life ASAP in favor of cards like Primal Rage, Rhonas's Monument, Gruul War Plow, Rancor, and Overwhelming Stampede.
It's also worth considering adding more "answers" to your deck; stuff like Chaos Warp, Decimate, Vandalblast, Mizzium Mortars, Aftershock, Beast Within, Hull Breach, and Acidic Slime are all rightly revered for their ability to enable you answer threats, and some combination of them are worth seeking out.
