My name is Donald, I am 26 years old, I live in South Dakota as a Computer Engineer. I started playing Magic when I was 15, but was addicted to World of Warcraft and didn't really start until College in 2011. I never got into Standard due to money and didn't get into Modern due to proximity to a store. When I found a group in college playing Commander however, it clicked. My current play group is roughly 8 players, who get together once a week and play for 4+ hours.
Early Game
As much as possible, make sure you get mana for Tymna. This is top priority. She is the engine that causes the murder wagon to move forward. Secondary, is finding a two drop to play ahead of her or trying to tempo play her turn two.
Mid Game
Play creatures, beat players and draw cards. Continue till they are dead.
Late Game
Did I stutter? Continue till they are dead.
12/27/2017 Dire Fleet Ravager -> Angelic Field Marshal: After some dialog with ISBPathfinder. I decided to cut Dire Fleet pre-emptively. This is due to his experience that Dire Fleet needs very specific timing to be good (Exactely 5 mana). Otherwise it is underwhleming. I added Angelic for the moment to stay on theme while I tested the deck out. Crackling Doom -> Reconnaissance: I forgot to include Recon. I expect it to be amazing with Bruse to enable his ability without dying horribly. Dark Confidant -> Gisela, the Broken Blade: Dark Confidant was, just okay. I have found that he is fairly okay early, but diminishes VERY quickly. I have also found that any four drop is crazy in this deck. Tithe -> Fracturing Gust: My mana base is very solid, add this with the amount of draw this deck has and I have no issues with land aside from the initial unsorted deck list. I was also finding clear for non-creatures was my number one desire at times. Manabarbs -> Aven Mindcensor: Manabarbs is really cool, but I had it and never wanted to play it. I also had a lot of issues with tutors. Knollspine Dragon -> Withered Wretch: I wasn't needing a lot of card draw. Plus this only works if I have other creatures. Withered lets me draw off my commander and adds more graveyard hate. Starstorm -> Merciless Eviction: I was finding a lot of times where destroy was not good enough on artifacts/enchantments. Starstorm was also really awkward because I could not nicely clear the board without hitting myself harder. Wayfarer's Bauble -> Walking Atlas: More creatures seems solid, and Walking Atlas fills Wayfarer's roll pretty well, while giving me the option to draw. Luminarch Ascension -> Stormbreath Dragon: Stormbreath seems so good actually. Luminarch has the potential to be good, but can also just paint a target on my back. Vault of the Archangel -> Flamekin Village: Mana symbols are appearing to be more important with such a low curve. Vault of the Archangel was just okay, and there were a couple of instances where I was wishing for haste. Volrath's Stronghold -> Slayers' Stronghold: I never had an issue with not having enough threats. So the option for more damage, and rebuilding quicker seems good.
12/31/2017 Aven Mindcensor -> Dragonmaster Outcast: Aven was kind of a knee jerk addition. Another one drop that scales into late game, sounds fairly solid.
1/19/2018 Abyssal Persecutor -> Glorybringer: Abyssal has been good, I am just scared of when I will need a sac outlet, or some removal to close out a game. With the deck being very heavy on four drops, I think adding Glorybringer will be great. He is 2 less power/toughness than Persecutor for one more mana, but he beats on the same turn and has the ability to spot remove pests without any of the downsides that Persecutor has.
6/18/2018 Sword of Feast and Famine -> Resplendent Angel: Sword of Feast and Famine is a card that really shines in stasis decks. While this deck might work well that way, it isn't. As such, a cheap creature that can spit out more bodies and has a mana dump for when the field is filled is always good. Fracturing Gust -> Warcry Phoenix: I would rather drop a different card, but I recently moved and I don't want to make waves quite yet. Otherwise, Warcry Phoenix fits everything I want from a creature except being big. I hope it works out. Reconnaissance -> Return to Dust: With the removal of Fracturing Gust, I will need more removal for troublesome enchantments. I also have so many creatures that protecting them seems silly. Bloodsworn Steward -> Cleansing Nova: So Bloodsworn Steward causes issues where it incentives me to attack with my commander which means blocking and removing Bloodsworn Steward really hurts. With the removal Fracturing Gust more artifact/enchantment removal is amazing. Sadly I need to keep Return to Dust for troublesome enchantments like Gods. Angelic Field Marshal -> Remorseful Cleric: Same issue as Bloodsworn Steward inverted. Plus evasive weenie that exiles graveyards for no mana, sounds amazing!
So this was a fairly large change despite the amount of success I had. I found that I was having a very easy time with draw and that 4 - 5 mana creatures are amazing. I also was finding that I need more mass enchantment/artifact/graveyard/toolboxing hate to deal with some scenarios that were getting abused heavily (Darksteel Plate, Crucible of Worlds, etc.).
So I transitioned from one off value cards to creatures that work as answers/generate value, added a haste package, and added more artifact/enchantment hate. I expect these changes to work very well because the cards that were removed felt really situational and stayed in hand, while the cards I added feel like cards that already exist in the deck that were always amazing.
Dragonmaster Outcast seems like it could be fairly sweet here. It gives that early game body which can interact with Tymna, its tutorable by the recruiters and in the mid to late game its sort of a must answer creature.
Hall of the Bandit Lord might also be better than Flamekin Village just because they both enter tapped but the hall costs life instead of extra mana to give the haste out. It would probably let you move a little faster upfront assuming you were to see either one in an opening hand.
Wear // Tear might also be something to consider. Its just nice cheap versatile removal.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.

I didn't think about Dragonmaster. I think I will switch Aven Mindcensor for it. I like that it is decent at all places of the game.
I just don't like that Hall of the Bandit Lord doesn't generate colored mana. I'll keep it in mind, but I won't be adding it immediately.
Sadly, I need more exile removal. People have been running too much recursion and indestructible. Wear // Tear is good, and I will keep it in mind for the future though.
Out Bloodgift Demon: It has been a turn too slow, too often. It's also not efficient for it's cost compared to other cards found in the deck. With the printing of Twilight Prophet, which I will discuss later. I think it is a pretty easy transition between the two. Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet: Sadly, he has been closer to a hate bear than a good beater. As such I am going to switch him out for Rekindling Phoenix. Mountain: Just needed space
In Twilight Prophet: This card covers a lot of bases. It synergizes with our life gain package, it does AoE damage, it draws cards, and it is evasive. At the convient cost of 4 mana (our power point). Overall, an A+ card. Rekindling Phoenix: I really like that this card costs 4 mana, is resistant to blocks, wraths, and attacks, and is very evasive. I am fairly excited to test it out. Hall of the Bandit Lord: Haste has become a larger concern to me.
Considerations: Anger: I am trying to find a spot for Anger because it comes out swinging, and gives the rest of my creatures haste if it becomes blocked. Overall, a strong potential inclusion.
In Anger: Haste has become a lot more of a desire for my creatures. Plus, people don't want to block him. So it synergizes with Tymna well. Dusk Legion Zealot: Good value, can be good early or late.
Out Sunscorch Regent: Sunscorch is just beefy, but he starts punch on turn 6, which is just too slow. Rakdos, Lord of Riots: It makes me very sad to cut Rakdos, just because he is REALLY, really cool. I just haven't had a scenario where I was like, Rakdos would be killer right now.
In Glorybringer: Glory is in a lot of ways like a 4 drop in terms of combat. It also has the ability to spot remove pesky creatures on request.
Out Abyssal Persecutor: Abyssal just beats. I also don't run enough sac outlets to avoid weird situations where everyone is 'Dead' but still alive. I like it a lot, but with the amount of four drops I have I can spare some space for some other things.
Dowsing Dagger might be sweet given how much flying you run. It gives a little more ramp too. I could possibly see it coming in for Sword of Feast and Famine as its a difference between having more mana each turn to play with and having more you can spend at one time. The dowsing is probably stronger sooner where as F&F probably gets stronger later on. I do like how Dowsing comes online faster though and seems to curve well with Tymna though.
Stormbreath Dragon - I keep looking at it and while I like the damage it can do with its mosterous trigger..... I just feel like it doesn't do that much upfront and it really gives little to no board control.

I haven't gotten to test him out yet. I expect to like Stormbreath a lot though just due to his haste, small protection, and ability to burn extra without committing more to the board. I will need to look at my other cards though for Dowsing Dagger.
Fracturing Gust is considered GW so wouldn't be legal in a Mardu list.
My meta allows split colors. There was a note in the decklist. Would you have any inclusions you might include over it while attaining the same result? I am more than happy to stick to the rules committee ruling, but would like a card that would fit similarly.

This deck is a spin off of ISBPathfinder's Abzan deck. Which has caused a lot of violent face beatings in the past.
