I've been playing Narset since she was first previewed using a proxy at the time. This deck has gone through many iterations to get to the point it is at today. I've played the deck as a fair deck using only extra combats and I've played the deck as pillowfort but the truly oppressive way to play Narset is an extreme rampy glass cannon with as much cheap ramp as possible, oppressive cards like armageddon and winter orb (I want ravages of war), and all the extra combat/ turns (missing capture of jingzhou and consider world at war a nonbo).
It could be argued that the deck needs ways to fight through interaction via counterspells etc., but I've had better results out of the current version than I did running countermagic and more ways to avoid edict effects (the latter I rarely see in my meta outside of big creatures like Sheoldred which don't come down fast enough).
Anyways, here is the decklist. I'm always looking for feedback or suggestions. Narset Degenerates out there unite! Stop being shamed into silence... be oppressive and proud of it!
Narset is my favorite EDH deck to date. Creatureless, I made mine a "fair" version with Aggravated Assault being the only extra combat and Time Stretch the only extra turn spell. Oddly enough the main win condition was Proteus Staff and stacking the deck with Furnace of Rath, Dictate of the Twin Gods, Kaboom!, any copy spell, and high CMC cards for dome-targeting. Time Stretch is good for 40 direct damage! I got some good mileage out of Soothsayingas well.
@ Outcry - Mind's Desire I've ran before and I had great results out of the card but there's only so much room for big spashy spells so it was eventually cut. Still a great card in this deck though.

This isn't really where I'm taking the deck but I've also tried Soothsaying... not a bad card but you should try Mystic Speculation instead, the ability to repeatedly scry unwanted cards to the bottom is much better than just putting the top cards in a new order.
I'm very happy with the deck as it stands. The last upgrades this deck needs are Capture of Jingzhou and Ravages of War which are way out of my budget.
Anyways went 2/3 today and won 2x Fatal Push, both wins were on turn 3. Only game I lost was due to Stasis and me missing my own land untaps from Rising Waters due to not catching that the untap is on upkeep... lesson learned (RTFC) and it won't happen again. I also added Reconnaissance to combat my inability to untap Narset through stasis.
Went 2-0 today and won both games on turn 4. I'm loving the saltiness and b****ing from my opponents (I'm sadistic like that and apparently had no masochistic opponents). 80% win-rate for the month. 1 full playset down and 3 weeks to go!
I've tried not to go with the Enter the Infinite route. High risk but high reward but it's the high risk that worries me because I don't need to hit infinite turns before everyone enters their scoop phase.
So I went 2-1 again this week for a total of 6x Fatal Push. Sitting at 6-2 for the month.
Another 2-0 week with Narset. Sitting at 8-2 with 8 fatal pushes with 1 week to go.
I could've had a 3rd game with Narset but chose to play Animar for the hilarious opportunity to play a 3 person pod of Animar vs. Animar vs. Animar... I lost but totally worth it.

Oh, wait that was me! But seriously, let's get some discussion going on here.
Combat > attack with Narset > cast EtI for free > draw entire library > put back beacon > infinite turns
Unfortunately if it gets countered you instantly lose the game on your next turn. Stitch in Time is a half decent turns card for cheap.
I enjoy decks like this. I play Jhoira of the Ghitu so typically my opponents scoop on turn three with a god hand. The salt piles are astounding.
