This is my take on Ramos, Dragon Engine where most of the spells are multicolored. The deck is a psuedo voltron. Since the multicolored spells are to boost Ramos. There's also a lot of removal in order to make way for it to get through with damage. I'm pretty sure I can make this deck more efficient than is. I probably went overboard with the multicolored spells but part of the challenge I want for this deck is for most of the spells to be multicolored. Ramos still gets a boost from monocolored spells, but I want to keep the multicolored theme. I put some creatures that are pretty broken in and of themselves but have the added pro of boosting Ramos. So going in for an alpha attack is also a good way to victory.
There are currently 1,692 multicolored spells that are legal for commander. So it follows that there are probably some great gems that I've overlooked. So if there's any multicolored suggestions I'm more than open to them! Anywho, on to the deck!
I also realize that there are many cards to take advantage of Ramos's mana output like Door to Nothingness and Legacy Weapon (ironic since the bones of Ramos are parts of the Legacy Weapon) so these are cards I'm considering, as well. However, I fear that I'll become the archenemy once they hit the battlefield.
Ideally, the first thing you want to cast is Ramos, so there are a lot of mana rocks in order to facilitate a relatively early casting. That being said, things should be cast as needed. Ramos is easy to cast considering that it's just 6. Once it's out, cast multiple colored spells as needed. If you're tapped out for mana, sometimes opponents don't keep track of the fact that you could use Ramos as an instant speed mana generator, which can be used for a removal spell. However, again, the purpose of the +1/+1 counters is to smash face. Still, it's great to have as a plan B.
Here's the rundown of why each card is included:
Artifacts:
Fellwar Stone - Since the deck is 5C this will always provide mana of any color you could need.
Maelstrom Angel - Gives Ramos 5 +1/+1 counters when cast and will allow me to cast any card in my hand for free when it connects.
Magister Sphinx - Casting this when Ramos already has a couple of +1/+1 counters means I can easily snipe an opponent.
Marchesa, the Black Rose - Deathrone is a relevant ability in multiplayer EDH. Not only that, but if Ramos is destroyed while having a +1/+1 counter, it returns to the battlefield at end of turn.
Merieke Ri Berit - Able to steal away commanders while being cheap to cast (and giving Ramos 3 +1/+1 counters when she's cast).
Muldrotha, the Gravetide - Being able to reanimate from the graveyard while having a solid body and 3 colors makes this a great card for the deck.
Odric, Lunarch Marshal - With plenty of creatures with multiple keywords, he makes all of your creatures broken each combat step (kudos for having Atraxa in play along with him).
Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage - Since most cards in the deck are historic, being able to flash them is important since Ramos's ability can only be used once each turn.
Saskia the Unyielding - Being able to hit the unprotected opponent with a bunch of fatties helps me to also hurt the opponent with lots of defenses.
Sen Triplets - A great multicolored card to disrupt an opponent.
Surrak Dragonclaw - The deck runs 25 creatures (excluding Ramos) so making them uncounterable and giving them trample is a pretty big deal. Additionally, he has flash so he can be cast on an opponent's turn with Ramos's mana ability.
Obzedat's Aid - Good reanimation spell (used because it's multicolored).
Primevals' Glorious Rebirth - Triggers Reki and Sisay while also being flashable thanks to Raff Capashen. With most of the cards in the deck being legendary, this spell is great for recovering from a board wipe.
Skyshroud Claim - Tutors for 2 forests which can enter the battlefield untapped.
Supply // Demand - Supply is not usually used but Demand is an amazing tutor for the deck. Granted, Demonic Tutor (and others) would be better, but this gives 2 +1/+1 counters to Ramos.
Supreme Verdict - Excellent wrath since it can't be countered.

Those are actually great suggestions since I could try and chain some spells together since most of my spells are pretty expensive. Cascade also triggers Ramos. However, what cuts do you suggest I make?

Totally stoked for the dragons deck! That's probably the one I'm getting so far. Depends on what else is revealed. Still pretty bummed that there are only gonna be 4 decks. Wizards could've very easily made 5 5-colored tribal decks. Oh well... WotC loves dropping the ball every now and again.

I think you have a pretty high number of single target removal spells, which generally isn't that good in EDH as it's a one for one when there are two other opponents. You'll want some of course, but you can probably afford to remove some of them. I'm also not sure what your two planeswalkers are bringing to the table aside from just being generally good. They don't have too much synergy though. You could probably take them out too.

Thanks for pointing that out! You do have a point on the single-target removal; I guess I'll have to try and find some mass removal that's multicolored. Although I'm only running 2 of them, the planeswalkers here have been incredibly broken. Using Tamiyo's first ability almost always draws me 2 cards and getting her emblem in play is just too brutal. While testing, God Bolas alone practically won me the match with its first ability alone. So they'll probably stay.

One vision I had for the deck was to include lots of multicolored charms being as they are a toolbox in an of themselves. However, adding those just to give Ramos 5 +1/+1 counters isn't really enough for me. I would like the cards to do more than just grant it counters. Which is why I'm also considering cascade cards. The problems with these would be cascading into a manarock...

It's your boat, but 3 mana to add 10 mana to your pool to then cast your bonkers cascade spells seems pretty alright. Don't play mana rocks if that's a concern; just play ramp spells. Preferably multi-colored as possible.

Hm, when you put it that way, those charms become rituals capable of producing WWUUBBRRGG...
As for the rocks, you're definitely right. I'll have to see what ramp spells I could use. However, I'm not running any basics. I wouldn't like to run many basics because pretty much all spells require multiple colors to cast. But I will check up to see what ramping I'd be able to do. Thanks for the pointers!
EDIT:
Only 2 multicolored cards can ramp for land: Safewright Quest and Wargate. So I'll probably add monocolored ramp spells being as they'd at least give one +1/+1 counter to Ramos versus the mana rocks that don't give any counters when cast later on.
It seems it's not possible to effectively ramp using only multicolored spells.

As far as ramp/rocks go, I am planning to use the five Borderposts for my Ramos build, along with ways to drop a second land each turn (budgety ways like Urban Evolution, Mina and Denn, Wildborn, and Explore). Anywhere else these borderposts would not be as good as the Signets, but I think they fit better here in the Ramos build.
