I've played a fair amount of Vial Smasher in 1v1 and figured it was time to give her a shot in her intended format: multiplayer EDH.
In 1v1, Vial Smasher is incredibly oppressive: since you only have one opponent, you enjoy immense rewards simply for playing the game of Magic. Every spell you cast when Vial Smasher is in play puts you that much closer to victory. The clock is ticking. Deal with Vial Smasher or die! And once you finally get her off the table, I just cast her again for a measly 5 mana and you're back in the same situation. What a bore!
When your opponent walks away from a 1v1 game against Vial Smasher, they're likely thinking something like: "I hate this game!", or "Well, that wasn't fun!" But you know what is fun? Drawing cards.
I wanted to build something that gives everyone at the table what they want: They want land drops every turn, they want to play their cards, I want to play something goofy with a bit of surprise. So why not give everyone what they want?
At this stage, the deck is a thought experiment. I haven't tested this out or even put it together. I figured it would be good to get some feedback first.
Thrasios is here mostly for colors, but I suspect that it will be pretty important in the early game just to make sure I have a full grip and/or am hitting land drops every turn.
As you will see, I don't have that much game against aggro/midrange decks. People will want to keep me around until life totals start to dip below 20, at which point I think I will become the target. I don't really want to play boring ol' wrath effects; I'd much rather play goofy/interesting rattlesnake cards that let me interact on my opponents' turns. But maybe this is a mistake.
Wow, Kaboom! really is a hidden gem for this deck. Makes me want to include some of the other Eldrazi titans maybe... but I don't know if I want to push the top-end that hard.
Draco is lulzy, but there's no way I'm ever playing that card in any deck lol
I was considering adding to the creature count a bit in order to justify removing Propaganda and Sudden Spoiling. Was thinking about these as possibilities:
Of these, the only one that really stands out as having utility is Cloudthresher.
Also thinking that I should find room for Mystical Teachings. Flashback is nice, and it finds basically whatever I would need (with the exception of CA or mana acceleration).

Playing with proxied cards at sanctioned events is good, actually.
Blue lives don't matter in the slightest.
