I need help building and optimizing this deck, as I am new to homebrewing. I'm looking for suggestions on what I should take out and what I should put in. The goal of the deck is to run through defenses with a buffed commander and deal enough commander damage to kill the opponent. Thank you!
Ok first off, Lu Bu is a total badass, props to you for playing him
I'd suggest Uncaged Fury as a good pump spell. In general, however, I'm not sure how much I like running a ton of 1-turn pump effects. They seem like they'll let you blow one person out, but then you'll be out of steam and you'll just keel. Some of the more powerful ones like Downhill Charge and Assault Strobe I can see as good, but Brute Force, Screaming Frenzy, and Blood Frenzy are probably not needed. That said, I defer to your judgment as the guy who has experience with the deck of course
Lu Bu gets mega voltron points for being unblockable and having haste. But he loses mega voltron points for costing 6 mana. So to mitigate that drawback, you should try running more mana rocks. I'm a fan of Mind Stone, and things like Hedron Archive, Fellwar Stone, Thran Dynamo, Sol Ring (how is this missing???) will go a good way to making the deck move more quickly. You want to be dropping Lu Bu by turn 4, 5 at the latest. I'd even consider playing Seething Song and Desperate Ritual to make this easier. Burnished Hart, Solemn Simulacrum, and even Wayfarer's Bauble would also be good considerations, since they're ramp and they'll give you more mountains for your Granite Grip and co.
I like your equipment suite, as you have tons of those sweet swords. How about Hero's Blade as a second version of Grafted Wargear? Sword of the Animist has great synergy with the mountain-based cards you're running, and serves as ramp if you get an early dweeb or are struggling to hit the 6th land for Lu Bu. Mask of Memory may distract from the beatdown plan, but drawing cards is delicious. who knows, you could draw Relentless Assault for the win.

As for cuts, Chandra's Pheonix doesn't seem to do much here, as you run very little burn, and Wall of Stone seems underwhelming... maybe for a defensive cards Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs would be cool?
