Sword of the Animist -> Phyrexian Reclamation: I love Sword of the Animist, unless I am running an equipment deck though and target it as a priority for the early game, it can be awkward to get it late game. More creature abuse is needed. Attrition -> Genesis Wave: Jammed a ton of mana and was unable to think of a big mana target in my deck. So I fixed it.
Explore -> Primal Druid
I love, Explore, so this is likely a temporary exclusion. However, Primal Druid is the same as Viridian Emissary. Which I feel is an amazing card in this deck. Reverted
Coffin Queen -> Protean Hulk: Coffin Queen feels like she is a bit slow overall, and Protean Hulk just got unbanned and would be amazing in this deck.
Bayou: This card is very expensive, need to wait on purchasing. Explore: Super awesome card, just needed space for other cards
Not sure what feedback you're looking for. This mostly looks like a solid Varolz deck, although I'd wonder if too often stuff like Whip of Erebos, Coffin Queen, and Corpse Dance is going to feel like a nonbo with Varolz since you can't reanimate and scavenge. If you really want to lean on those effects, perhaps Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest would be a better fit (with more 0 mana sacrifice outlets to get value out of your unnearthed reinforcements)?
Lurking Predators also feels a bit weak here. I'd strongly consider Bramblewood Paragon, over Predators or maybe even over Nylea - it grants Varolz trample immediately since he's a warrior, but also grants anything with +1/+1 counters on it Trample. Force of Savagery is your other missing "big fat Varolz target", but I'm not sure it is necessary with the two one mana double digit dudes.
Hope that helps!

I think it is a little to one dimension to rely on either Reanimation/Scavenge and think it is a better idea overall to have to option to do either. I would focus more on Scavenge if I could do it instantly (instead of Sorcery speed). The deck list is also oriented towards a lot of value by abusing creatures, over centering the lime light on one particular creature. Mazirek is cool, but on his own, he is a pump but I am not running enough tokens to use him effectively.
Lurking Predators also feels a bit weak here. I'd strongly consider Bramblewood Paragon, over Predators or maybe even over Nylea - it grants Varolz trample immediately since he's a warrior, but also grants anything with +1/+1 counters on it Trample. I am less worried about putting in beats for Varolz specifically. It is a win-con, but I don't think that I would get particularly far in my meta by turning this Value oriented deck into a Voltron Oriented deck. Nylea, is also pretty insane as a trample outlet, so much so I am fairly certain she is my only trample 'outlet' that I am currently running.
