I've always loved Kamahl both as a general and as part of the 99. His ability to work both as a win condition and as a board protector is unparalleled in green.
Based on the list, I assume that your strategy is to push out tons of early mana and tokens, drop Kamahl, and overrun.
With that assumption, I'm not sure that the 3cc land acceleration sorceries (Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, and Nissa's Pilgrimage) are pulling their weight. I don't see any Exploration or Burgeoning effects, so pulling extra lands to hand is probably not worth the opportunity cost of a spell like Wood Elves, Yavimaya Dryad, or Farhaven Elf, which provide a body for the Cradle and Kamahl and devotion for Nykthos. Three Visits might be worth an investment if you don't mind paying fifty bucks for a Nature's Lore
I notice that you don't have any 1cc mana acceleration (or really, assuming you're not trying to jam Concordant Crossroads immediately for some reason, any first turn plays) outside of Sol Ring, which I think might be a mistake. Moving from one mana to three is huge game. You don't have much creature-based mana acceleration, so I'm assuming that things like Llanowar Elves and Arbor Elf don't last long in your meta, but Utopia Sprawl and Wild Growth might be good ideas.
Other cards that I don't think will pull their weight include Pathbreaker Ibex, Stonehoof Chieftain, and Overwhelming Stampede. With Kamahl in the command zone and you generating oodles of mana, I can't imagine you needing much more in the way of overrun effects. The Chieftain, meanwhile, has always confused me a little. He relies, as far as I can tell, on your opponents having instant-speed destroy-keyed removal that they for some reason can't use in response to his trigger? That seems like a very narrow set of cards; I can't even think of one off the top of my head. The trample, meanwhile, is either provided by Kamahl or else you're attacking with a swarm of 1/1 or 2/2 tokens that don't need trample anyway.
Oran-Rief, the Vastwood seems a prime cut too. With the Cradle and Nykthos in the deck, Deserted Temple would probably carry way more weight, and spells like Crop Rotation might provide better mana acceleration than the Cultivates of the world.
I know I made a few extrapolations about the direction you wanted to take this deck and some of the unique challenges your meta might present, so I hope this was useful.
