Mirri doesn't have a whole lot to build off of: She has a nice body (hur, hur), a couple good keywords, and two semi-relevant creature types, and that's about it. Nothing fancy to build around.
Thus, I feel compelled to build a relatively simple deck around her. Some Warrior tribal, card draw, +1/+1 counters, and of course ramp.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Looks like a solid list. Sorry to hear you got a little unlucky on your random commander.
Rancor seems like it would be a very solid conclusion.
Caged Sun seems very weak. Mono green doesn't need this. You should run Skyshroud Claim? It seems especially good considering how many 2 drops you are running.
Gaea's Anthem is cute if you want to do anthem sub theme but I think you are not running enough creatures for it to be worth it.
Have you tested it yet? What has been working especially well for you?

Funny story: Most of the time, the decklists I build include cards I don't have and don't presently feel like tracking down, so I myself am unable to playtest them usually (though I could always try some kind of online program I suppose). I put these decklists up as much for anyone who would like to playtest them as myself. Plus creating decklists is fun for me.

UBRKess, Dissident MageUBR - Controlling Dissidents
GRhonas the IndomitableG - Indomitable Four Drops
WUBOloro, Ageless AsceticWUB - Loot & Renanimate
Song of the Dryads also can do this without giving your opponent as much advantage. It certainly seems like an obvious inclusion.
