Uril was one of my first EDH decks, and seeing these lists brings back the memories. My deck was tweaked quite a bit to include as many 'extra combat steps' cards as possible, which turned out to be a bit too oppressive for my taste. I also squeezed in as many 'anti-blue' cards as I could to keep things running smoothly (Price of Glory, City of Solitude, Mana Web [the best one by far], et al). Some cards that were stars for me that I don't see here:
Winds of Rath - asymmetrical effects are always good Flickerform - once the mana is flowing well, this is a nice insurance card Serpent Skin - I had a few other flash auras as well for the surprise factor, but this one was really clutch Unquestioned Authority - makes your terrifying monster even more so, plus a free card
#1 - Dueling Grounds - this never failed to overperform; not only does it make combats even more fun than usual, it helps keep you alive as well..

You can take a look at the list I ran in my signature to get a better idea of how to run Uril, the Miststalker though the last time I updated it was when Fate Reforged was first released since I tore the deck apart awhile back to build Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis as my Commander even though I was initially going to go for Yisan, the Wanderer Bard beforehand. I built a Kemba, Kha Regent deck awhile back but nobody plays Tiny Leaders and I never managed to physically build the deck so it was a no go from there.

Because of all the hate for Hexproof commanders like Uril, one of the best ways to defend him is just to destroy ALL THE THINGS (e.g. Cataclysm, Jokulhaups+Totem Armor). But that might be too oppressive.
Wouldn't Cataclysm completely screw me over by making me Sacrifice all my stuff? And while Uril would survive with Totem Armor, Jokulhaups similarly seems counterintuitive, as there go all my own lands too, as well as Crucible of Worlds.
I do like the suggestion above though about running Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite with effects that turn all lands into creatures.

I dunno... She seems really strong in this deck. Living Plane and Nature's Revolt both fit my enchantress theme, and Survival of the Fittest can tutor her up as an enchantment. Seems a pretty solid one-sided land wipe on my end.
Most games go like this: I get a big hard-to-destroy creature, kill one person, then someone finds a Cyclonic Rift or something and I get ganged up on lol.
I dunno... She seems really strong in this deck. Living Plane and Nature's Revolt both fit my enchantress theme, and Survival of the Fittest can tutor her up as an enchantment. Seems a pretty solid one-sided land wipe on my end.
I don't really condone land destruction in Commander unless it's in the form of bounce such as Sunder, however since you're planning on doing it as a state based action to prevent your opponents from getting their lands back I could see it coming to backfire against you in the long run. There's much better alternatives that mainly tap out your opponents lands such as Nature's Will which fits more with the theme of your deck.
