This decklist is intended to celebrate Valentine's Day, featuring one of Magic's more recent high-profile couples, Pia and Kiran Nalaar.
Some artifact sac combo decks go for big obvious stuff like Scuttling Doom Engine and Wurmcoil Engine, but with this deck I wanted to put more focus on comboing ETB and sac effects. Panharmonicon and Conjurer's Closet have beautiful synergy, allowing you to re-use ETB effects like Thopter token creation and energy counter generation while also doubling them at the same time. When you flicker Pia and Kiran while Panharmonicon and Reckless Fireweaver or Impact Tremors are on the battlefield, you deal 4-5 damage to each opponent at the beginning of your end step. If Purphoros, God of the Forge is on the battlefield, you get to deal 10 damage to each opponent! Needless to say, that can end games quickly.
HMMB also makes use of energy counters, primarily to fuel Aetherworks Marvel, which quite handily produces energy whenever you sac stuff to Pia and Kiran or another outlet. There are plenty of creatures in the deck that produce energy upon entering the battlefield, making them great targets for Conjurer's Closet.
Animation Module, Decoction Module, and Fabrication Module are set up to play well with the deck's token and energy themes. +1/+1 counters are admittedly more of an afterthought, but the decklist could evolve over time to make better use of those as well. Hangarback Walker certainly can make good use of them.
Rings of Brighthearth copies non-mana activated abilities of permanents you control, including not only artifacts and creatures but also enchantments, land, and even planeswalkers. Strionic Resonator can copy triggered abilities, be they ETB token makers or the Closet's flickering ability.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Kuldotha Forgemaster and Inventors' Fair can tutor artifacts for you, and if you have the trio of Myr Retriever, Junk Diver, and Workshop Assistant they can recur each other, allowing you to sac them again and again.
