My manabase for playing online is optimized with duals and fetches, so maybe I should post both paper and MTGO lists. Thoughts?
I did get a few games in with the deck on MTGO last night and this morning, both 1v1 and multiplayer. I've definitely noticed a few things:
1) When people see your Commander pair, they tend to gun for you right away, even before you've played anything threatening. Maybe the two of them have gotten a really bad rep?
2) You tend to lean on Kydele quite often. She's basically the main focus of the deck and your main way of going off so a lot of removal tends to go her way.
3) If you don't get a Wheel effect soon after casting Kydele, you kind of just durdle around until you do.
A multiplayer game I had this morning went more or less how I want the deck to function, but it would've been nice to go off sooner.

2) The only difference in the decklists is the lands. I believe anything in paper you can get online. I'd obviously would love to have the online version as it has the duals and fetches.
3) The problem I see with the Magus cards is that without a haste-enabler, they will most likely be removed before getting any use out of them, which is the same problem I have with Jace's Archivist, so he may be seeing the chopping block soon. Dualcaster Mage and Snapcaster Mage could have some potential in here.
4)I hope so. Vial Smasher is basically in here for the colors, and to maybe get a little extra damage in. He's pretty good when you cast X spells, however.
Kydele is pretty darn good, and with you also having red I imagine everyone knows whats coming. Since this pairing has haste enablers things can go wrong very fast once you play Kydele. She has the potential be the most concerning Commander at a table.
You know, I kinda had a hunch that would be the case, but once I got in some actual games, it just solidified what I had thought. I would definitely like to make this deck a bit faster and more consistent if possible to help avoid the big target on my head.

I'm a big fan of Recoup in a deck like this to compliment Past in Flames. Its more narrow but it doesn't care if you discard it and still hits all your wheels.
Mizzix's Mastery would also be bonkers in this deck. You'd be able to cast any instant or sorcery wheeled or recycle anything already cast.
Paradox Engine would be great here, as well. Every time you cast a wheel you get to untap Kydele.
Thank you for the suggestions. I'm going to make a maybeboard section to put all suggestions in for future testing.

I think what I want to do is put the main list as the MTGO version as that is the most optimized and what I'm currently testing with, and make a secondary list with the paper version, whenever I get around to actually acquiring the cards and building it.

Since it's combo-oriented, a couple of counters wouldn't hurt in order to protect the combos.

Overwhelming Intellect might be jokes to get more draw tricks, but a Pact of Negation is always (actually always) a decent option, Mindswipe for all the colourless mana can be pretty interesting. X spells are probably good bets, as I can see from your Comet Storm inclusion, along a similar vein, Fall of the Titans is nice with two targets.

Turn 6:
Kydele was cast previous turn so she is active. Draw for turn. Play Notion Thief. Play Wheel of Fortune, emptying everyone else's hands and drawing 28 (29 for the turn). Tap Kydele for 29 mana. Play Dimir Signet, Gruul Signet, Lightning Greaves, and Alhammarret's Archive, and Underground Sea. Cast Bring to Light and get Laboratory Maniac. Cast Windfall with 21 cards in hand, draw 168 cards and win.

What list would you rather have? MTGO or paper? Because I don't know what's the available cardpool in MTGO. But with paper, anything is possible.
Maybe you can add Magus of the Wheel or Magus of the Will. Dualcaster Mage and Snapcaster Mage seem pretty solid for this also.
Maybe with future commander products, legends with partner will be included in the 99. That way you can have alternatives for a partner with BR.

I've updated the above list with what I am currently testing online, as this will be an online deck only at least for now.
Unfortunately, with The Gitrog Monster, you only get to draw one per wheel effect, no matter how many lands hit the graveyard.
As far as the other land suggestions, I will definitely take them into consideration.
