Hello ladies and gents this is My current Mina and Denn list. This deck was built as a challenge to me to make a little Timmy deck as I tend to play more crazy combo style decks and well I realized that Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle is not legendary and then I just ran with it. The deck currently wins by using landfall triggers with three Valakuts on the field and Mina and Denn to keep triggering them over and over for the win. Problem is I have some under performing cards and I wanted to reach out to the fine people here for some suggestions. Without further a due here is the list:
Current problems with the deck:
Feels like way to much ramp and not enough card draw what are some other sources of good green card draw?
Weak creatures:Savageborn Hydra, Shaman of Forgotten Ways, Dragon Whisperer, Urbrask the Hidden.
These are all great on their own but Savageborn Hydra is good if I can get him out with a lot of counters but most of the time he just eats a removal spell and that's all. Shaman only is ramp for creatures but most of the time I don't need it as I have so many lands in play. Dragon Whisperer just feels weak overall his tokens cost to much to make. Urbrask he does put in work slowing tons of other decks down but I am not sold on him currently.
Other weak cards: Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury seams really good and does a ton of things that this decks but I have never been able to get her to work right with deck another drop maybe.
Cards I would like to add:
Crucible of Worlds, Prismatic Omen maybe and this deck might be the right fit for Ghirapur Orrery

Hey! I've kind of been tinkering with something similar. I've been trying to go more towards aggro then having the valakut and some x burns to fall back on.
I felt the same way, sometimes it just feels like you get out valued so I really tried to only including 2-3 for 1s whenever possible. Stuff likeDecimate, Clan's defiance, Volcanic offering help offset the lack of card draw. Reforge the soul or the other wheels are also good to refuel your hand. There's also HarmonizeShamantic revelation and some of the G planeswalkers can give some pretty heft card draw.
