I recommend Reiterate to combo with Mana Geyser for infinite mana as a combo kill. That's just my playstyle though
Sweet brew!
Hehe, well, we try not to infinite into anything for the win. Still though, the deck is designed to leave mana up. Reiterate is nice in that it's even, would occur the turn after my commander, and will allow us to piggy back off of other colors' spells. As such, I think its an awesome idea to include Reiterate, and its little brothers Fork and Reverberate
I second Heartstone. I ran a Kumano deck for a hot second a number of years ago, Heartstone halving the cost of pinging was fantastic. If you're going for "creatures that work well with Basilisk Collar", I'd also recommend Balefire Dragon and Jaya Ballard, Task Mage, though Jaya's a tough add if you're not confident on your draw capabilities. Loxodon Warhammer's fun too. Gorgon Flail, Gorgon's Head and Quietus Spike all give you more sources to give Kumano deathtouch. Sword of Kaldra will grant other creatures exiletouch, that sounds fun with a Magma Phoenix.
Depending on your meta, this deck could probably either wreck everyone or get trampled. Godspeed, fellow red player.
Believe me when I say that I looked at Heartstone long, and hard. I didn't add it due to its strong interaction with my Commander, and lack there of with the rest of the deck. Ideally, I could run more creatures with activated abilities to make this better, but I decided that running more ramp would likely be a better idea. For example, with big mana, responses to my general are harder to validate due to the fact that I can easily replay him. Therefore, it is due to the 'shock' factor that I didn't add Heartstone. I will keep it in mind for the future as I play test the deck, and will consider it depending on how the deck fits with my group.
I believe that Grafted Exoskeleton requires a decent amount of set up before going off, and makes my commander weak to protection from artifacts (A person in my group always plays that land in every deck). As such, it feels like a liability and requires help from other cards to get there. I will try to keep it in mind when I have more time to look at the potential issues that might arise from equipping it.

I am hesitant to run discard effects in a mono red deck, since drawing is not a red strength. I will keep Jaya Ballard, Task Mage, but will likely lean towards Heartstone.
I like to run Balefire Dragon in a more Haste heavy deck, as it is currently, this deck is not oriented towards haste. So it becomes an answer check, or puts a target on your back. I'd like to run underneath the radar with the deck at first. Of course, I will need to be able to pull the trigger if I need to so I will have to tread the line. As such, I will keep this in mind.
I am also hesitant to run more equipment for the mere fact that the deck is creature light. Equipment gets hated on in my group because it offers protection, and value. Batterskull and Basilisk Collar are exceptions however, because Batterskull is pretty much a creature, and Basilisk Collar is 2 mana max to equip, and 1 minimum.
I will just have to test it and find out.
Burn them completely and leave nothing for the ashes, fellow red players.
Edit: Heartstone is going in for Braid of Fire upon further consideration. This is due to the fact that Heartstone acts as a cheap mana doubler with my commander when it comes in. Braid of Fire takes time to generate mana and it feels clunky overall.

Illusionist's Bracers -> Neko-Te: I haven't gotten to play test the deck quite yet, but I found Neko-Te and it felt like a good answer for fatties. Otherwise, I would have to try to funnel mana into removal which sounds like a bad time (12 mana to remove a Sun Titan would be rough, this makes it 7 mana to stall the Sun Titan, and then 2 mana for every fatty after that.) These cards synergize well together, but for feels like they would be an over extension together, as such I think Neko-Te looks like it would be better.
Rings of Brighthearth->Commune with Lava: I usually have a lot of mana up after I get my commander out. I think Commune will give me an alternative way to use my mana that I leave up.
Faithless Looting->Smash: I like faithless looting a lot, but I need to make a cut to try smash out.
Magma Phoenix->Shattering Pulse: More options to do things on not our turn.
Mountain->Terrain Generator: More Tempo, for the Tempo gods
Mountain->Winding Canyons: Moar flash
Mizzium Mortars->Memory Jar: More card advantage/tempo
Mana Geyser->Skred: Efficient removal
Mountain->Snow-Covered Mountain: All of them, for skred.
Staff of Nin->Tawnos's Coffin: Need commander protection, doubles as temporary removal
Magnifying Glass->Erratic Portal: Need commander protection, doubles as temporary removal
Relic of Progenitus->Nim Deathmantle: Need Commander protection.
Neko-Te-> Hoarding Dragon
Crystal Ball-> Loreseeker's Stone
Everflowing Chalice->Wall of Stone
Memory Jar->Darksteel Sentinel
Mountain-> Inventor's Fair
Illusionist's Bracers: Temporarily not in the list.
