Not sure how much I like Contagion Clasp in here. Sure, it can proliferate, but that's only good when you're ahead, and then it's a win-more mechanic. When you're behind, the card just doesn't do much, except slowly, slowly kill a creature and MAYBE help grow your team. And even then, it's a huge mana investment.
Unfortunately this site is not up to date. There is a stickied post in this forum which shows the updated banlist, and there is also a Facebook group somewhere (!!) which has it.

Your curve is quite high, with a lot of X spells. I'd recommend running the full suite of mana elves to make sure you're casting your big boys on time. That includes: Llanowar Elves, Fyndhorn Elves, Elvish Mystic, Deathrite Shaman, Boreal Druid, Elves of Deep Shadow and Birds of Paradise. If you find yourself running fetchlands, then consider also running Lotus Cobra.

There are a lot of cards in here that are great in multiplayer commander (where you have more time to set up for big mana plays) but suffer heavily in Duel. I'm thinking of cards like Creeping Renaissance, Increasing Ambition, Decree of Savagery, Mana Reflection, Doubling Season, Death's Presence, Verdant Confluence, Tempt with Discovery, etc. All of these are powerful cards, but they are also expensive. This isn't really a format where you can ever afford to not advance the game on your turn.
