Every card in this deck was chosen for enhancing the multiplayer experience. The deck actually began with my discovering Gahiji on Gatherer, looking for legends ideas. Then I looked up every Aura-Curse. After that, everything started falling into place. I searched every on-color Conspiracy mechanic -- councils, parleys, melee, etc. Pretty soon, a multiplayer deck was almost done. I searched up cards printed for Commander product that were multiplayer in focus. When I was done, I inserted the last few from memory. The win condition, aside from the obvious group-hug shenanigans, is the synergy between Myriad and Melee, combined with the numerous cards that reward attacking my opponents.
You seem to be right. When I googled for the interaction for Melee and Myriad, the initial results led me to believe there was an interaction, and I chose not to scroll any further, since I was more looking for a confirmation on what I was thinking than any real answer. Still, Myriad and Melee both benefit from all the perks for attacking my opponents, and both lend themselves to the "not taking sides -- fight among yourselves" sort of shtick the deck's got going for it.
I agree with a lot of the comments on forcing attack. This deck feels a lot like Karona, the False God where you force players to fight amongst themselves but not so much against you. Having it be less colors is a plus and I've always loved Gahiji for rewarding players to attack each other; kudos! So, you should consider building walls to protect yourself as well like Ghostly Prison, Crawlspace, Aurafication, etc. all while forcing opponents to block. The pump they get from Gahiji will make short work of the games while you reap the victory you've been sowing.

When I was putting the list together, at one point, I asked myself how I would like to dissuade people from attacking me. I was fairly familiar with traditional pillow fort strategies - my first deck after embracing Commander as my one true format was Stax/Pillow-Fort. I thought, maybe saying you can't attack me was more likely to make people want to try than saying, you can still attack me, but what if I was able to make it more worthwhile for you to set your attention elsewhere? The ideal control player has his opponents thinking he and each of them are on the same team. I like the suggestions here regarding punisher cards for players who don't tow the line - Deflecting Palm, Comeuppance, etc. I'd only really need to use one once and early, and the threat of more of the same would be as good as actually following through - kind of like a blue player with two untapped mana and a handful of cards - people still play around the counter. I might lose my mana dorks/rocks and throw in the punishment cards.
I took some more of the advice offered here, and lost some of the Curse enchantments, specifically, the three that didn't encourage folks to attack one another - I believe Pierced Heart, Nightly Hunt and Exhaustion. I added in Fog, Holy Day, and Maze of Ith.
EDIT: Besmirch is another initial inclusion that only found its way in as collateral damage due to the very straightforward "Gatherer for every card of a certain criteria" deckbuilding process I can't seem to deviate from. It's gone, and Boros Battleshaper is in.
