This decklist is inspired by biker gangs, in particular the "one percenter" outlaws. The main focus is on speedy aggro, with haste, dash, and unleash all being signature keywords. The current commander is Exava, Rakdos Bloodwitch, chosen for her aggro support.

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
IDK about warstorm surge here. Unless you get Krenko out it won't do too much, and it is pretty steep on the mana-cost for an aggro deck that wants all the creatures out early.
If you load the deck with 1-to-2 drop mana-rocks so you can get Exava out on turn-3, then keldon firebombers makes a sweet inclusion.
If ya like gear then I can't recommend inquisitor's flail fast enough for Exava. A super-cheap damage doubler on a first-strike creature means that it would take something with 9+ toughness to survive her. Kind of hard to do if you rush her out really fast. The flail has a chain, so I suppose it's on theme for the biker gang ?
i think you need more draw... if you play everything by turn 6, youll have an empty hand and no ways to refill. Any of the wheel cards would be excellent

Kazuul and creatures with Dash also work well with Surge. But you have a point about the curve.

Hmm, tempting consideration. Speaking of damage doubling, I totally need to include Gratuitous Violence in the list.

As much for the pun as the reload? I'm also looking at Underworld Connections and other black card draw.

If you really want to be the roughest biker crew around, you need Goblin Swine-Rider. They're literally riding a hog. Also I have to give a shout-out to Goblin War Buggy. Thats a lot of spikes!
To be fair, not every creature in the deck matches the aesthetic anyway. Purphoros is a pretty good fit, so one just has to imagine him in biker gear, I suppose. At this point, there's no good reason not to include Mogis, God of Slaughter as well, he's wearing a skull on his shoulder for pete's sake.

Perhaps a few more hasty or evasive creatures? Something like needle specter, blazing specter, and hypnotic specter could be your "Hells Angels," and other goodies like markov blademaster/mirri the cursed/prophetic flamespeaker could be nice inclusions.

Good suggestions, but I'm focusing on a specific aesthetic, namely leather, spikes, and/or chains.
