This is a mono-white Humans/Angels combo deck. Yes, you read that right. When this deck goes off, it is a legitimate combo deck. Replace Bruna and Gisela with their mono-white Eldrazi-ified variants (only change).
The combo? Well, take a seat. It's going to be a while.
Bruna, by herself, is not a combo. She can fetch one thing, and only a human or angel. That's value, but that's not combo.
But if Bruna returns Karmic Guide, she can get any creature. That's a little better! Now we are going to use this later on to get a giant and an elemental, but for now we are just using it to return another Angel.
Karmic Guide returns Angel of Glory's Rise. Known mostly for her use bringing back Labratory Maniac for combo wins, in mono-white she is a little more restrained but still returns every human in your graveyard.
To do this right, you need just about everything in your graveyard. Altar of Dementia is a spectacular start and makes this combo a lot easier, but I'm going to assume you have nothing on the field and 99 cards in the yard. How? Mesmeric Orb + Basalt Monolith is 100% controlled self-mill for your library (and if you have 4 mana non-Basalt Monolith mana you can cast Bruna).
Anyway, Angel of Glory's Rise has got your humans. Great. Which ones?
Fiend Hunter, Stormfront Riders, and Resilient Wanderer are the first step. I'll bet you've never even seen those last two, but they are crucially important. Grand Abolisher stops people from messing with your combo.
Fiend Hunter targets Bruna, who goes to exile (not command zone). He is immediately bounced by Stormfront Riders along with Karmic Guide, who are both discarded to Resilient Wanderer. Bruna comes back, getting Karmic Guide.
Now you can just get Sun Titan here to get Ashnod's Altar for infinite colorless by sacrificing Fiend Hunter repeatedly and flickering Sun Titan to bring him back. But we are going to go a step further.
The other humans you need are Mirror Entity, Thalia's Lieutenant, Odric (Lunarch Marshal), and and Loyal Retainers for the complete combo.
Karmic Guide gets Reveillark. Mirror Entity uses his ability for 0. Oops! All creatures without +1/+1 counters died. Good thing all your humans (except Fiend Hunter) have +1/+1 counters from Thalia's Lieutenant.
Reveillark has a death trigger here, and we respond by sacrificing Loyal Retainers (note, in first main phase) for Bruna.
Bruna brings back Karmic Guide for Sun Titan, who gets our Ashnod's Altar as before. Why did we go through the trouble? Reveillark comes back with Fiend Hunter (for infinite mana), and crucially Wall of Resurgence.
Why is Wall of Resurgence important? Well, you have infinite mana now (and infinite/infinite creatures thanks to Mirror Entity), it would be shame not to use them. Odric can give all your creatures haste, but strangely enough mono-white has virtually no creatures with haste. But Wall of Resurgence makes a land a creature with haste!
Fiend Hunter exiles Karmic Guide, and gets sacrificed. Karmic Guide returns Reveillark, which helps is sacrificed for Fiend Hunter and Loyal Retainers. Fiend Hunter now is in the Sun Titan mana loop.
Done yet? Not quite. Sacrifice Bruna and Karmic Guide one final time, and bring them back with Loyal Retainers, to bring back our final non-human combo piece: Eldrazi Displacer.
Now you can blink every creature an infinite number of times with your infinite mana. This means you can exile your opponents' creatures permanently with Fiend Hunter. Add in Treasure Hunter, and you can return any artifacts to your hand an infinite number of times.
Codex Shredder lets you cast any spell an infinite number of times, and Phyrexian Altar gives you white mana. Unstable Obelisk destroys your opponents lands, and Altar of Dementia exiles their library. Relic of Progenitus exiles those libraries, while Elixir of Immortality gives you infinite life and protects yours.
Between Stormfront Rider and Blade Splicer you can make an infinite number of tokens. So you go infinite in just about every way, while destroying/exiling your opponents entire board and deck (sorry, can't get rid of their hands). Even if your infinite infinite/infinite hasty/flying/vigilant/first-strike/lifelink army gets fogged, your opponents lose on the draw or if you force them to draw.
As I always say, there is no kill like overkill.
When you don't have your full combo, you focus on building your graveyard or playing normal white good-stuff. And note, this combo is NOT the only way to combo-off, it is just guaranteed win if you cast your commander with certain cards in your graveyard (yes, even if she gets countered her cast trigger does the work).
This is amazing. The amount of work that went into creating this combo is incredible. The fact that it is somewhat easy to assemble is fantastic. All it needs is a toolbox to become even better.
The combo should still be viable, instead of having Fiend Hunter target Bruna that first time, you can just have Fiend Hunter hit the Karmic Guide. Should still have the same affect. Stormfront Riders will bounce both Reveillark and Karmic Guide, which are then both discarded. You still have both Sun Titan and Fiend Hunter on the battlefield either way, as long as you can get those two out you should have no problem going infinite with any amount of combo pieces.
Right, I mean you can bounce them and then discard them.
However, the combo still doesn't work. I was wrong earlier- the Karmic Guide needs to be brought back along with the Angel of Glory's Rise, else the Fiend Hunter will exile Karmic Guide, Mirror Entity will activate for 0, Fiend Hunter will get returned to your hand with Stormfront, and as long as you discarded the Fiend Hunter again, you can get back Angel of Glory's Rise with Karmic Guide. But that doesn't get you anywhere. You can't target anything else with Karmic Guide, because you need those humans.
There is a simple fix, and if you add Banisher Priest AND have at least one less land than an opponent it works like this:
Karmic Guide into Angel of Glory's Rise, Angel into all the humans. Have Banisher Priest exile Karmic Guide and Fiend Hunter exile Angel of Glory's Rise. Bounce both Banisher Priest and Angel of Glory's Rise with Stormfront Riders. Now, the Fiend Hunter leaves the battlefield trigger goes on the stack. This is where things get a little crazy:
Banisher Priest immediately brings back Karmic Guide, who will target Reveillark. Reveillark enters the battlefield, bringing back whatever you want. Then, while Fiend Hunter trigger is still on the stack, discard both Fiend Hunter and Banisher Priest. Then activate Mirror Entity for 0.
The next thing that happens is Reveillark's leave the battlefield trigger, which will bring back Karmic Guide. The second creature doesn't matter. Use Karmic Guide to bring back Sun Titan, which will bring back Blasting Station or Ashnod's Altar. After all of this, let Fiend Hunter's leave the battlefield trigger resolve, bringing Angel of Glory's Rise back from exile.
All of your humans will be in your grave, so they get brought back. Your board of the field should look like this: Angel of Glory's Rise, Karmic Guide, Sun Titan, Ashnod's Altar/Blasting Station, and a bunch of humans. Use Fiend Hunter to exile Sun Titan, and sacrifice Fiend Hunter to Ashnod's Altar/Blasting Station, and get your infinite mana/damage by looping Fiend Hunter sacrificing into Sun Titan ETB triggers.
EDIT: It also requires you to remove Thalia's Lieutenant from the deck. At least I think it does.
Still doable.
EDIT: There is also a way to make this even simpler. Instead of having to activate Mirror Entity and suicide your whole team, all that is necessary is for you to have Banisher Priest exile Karmic Guide and for Fiend Hunter to exile Angel of Glory's Rise. Then you return both of them to your hand. Banisher Priest brings back Karmic Guide, bringing back Sun Titan, bringing back Blasting Station/Ashnod's Altar. Then discard both Banisher Priest and Fiend Hunter with Fiend Hunter's leaves-the-battlefield trigger on the stack. Now let the Fiend Hunter leaves-the-battlefield trigger resolve, Angel of Glory's rise enters the battlefield bringing back the only two humans in your graveyard at this point, Fiend Hunter and Banisher Priest. Proceed to loop Fiend Hunter, Sun Titan, and Blasting Station/Ashnod's Altar.
I love mono white combo/control commanders like Heliod, God of the Sun and Mangara of Corondor (both of which currently show up in my meta from time to time) and this one seems sweet.
I had been theorycrafting a Bruna control / rez list since she got spoiled. Its a little different from the OP list. I probably should consider Iona, Shield of Emeria but she is just such a lame move
Unfortunately Banisher Priest only effects an opponents creatures. However, I have found a way to bring a sacrifice outlet back from the grave. Auriok Salvagars brings back Mortarpod, along with Puresteel Paladin. You can guarantee metalcraft with Metallurgeon and Ethersworn Canonist (though it locks you out of playing anything else while Canonist is alive), or from one other artifact and Blade Splicer. This yields infinite damage simply off Fiend Hunter flickering Karmic Guide to bring back Angel of Glory's Rise and all the rest of your humans and sacrificing them to Mortarpod. This also allows you to draw your deck with Skullclamp, and generate an infinite number of creatures with Blade Splicer. Finally, it allows infinite colored mana once you bring back Swiftfoot Boots and Paradise Mantle, tapping one creature per Cycle. This allows you to bring back Bruna to fetch Karmic Guide for whatever creatures you want, at this point probably Sun Titan (Ashnod's) and Eldrazi Displacer at a minimum.
True. You can eschew having to run mediocre artifact humans though and instead run Blade Splicer and Thraben Inspector. That will give you Metalcraft along with Mortarpod.
Played the list online on Cockatrice today, it was kind of a house. Though I think it might be better as a humans Death and Taxes sort of build rather than a reanimator build to better keep up with more competitive playgroups. I'll work on building one

Oh, and next turn you get Brisela. Neat.
Though it could do with a way to deal infinite damage, either in Blasting Station (can be brought back with Treasure Hunter), Goblin Cannon (as the cleanest way to achieve said task), Molten-Tail Masticore (as an added utility creature in the deck, and can be brought back with Karmic Guide), Triskelavus (can be brought back with Reveillark, Treasure Hunter, and Karmic Guide), and Mortarpod (as an artifact and equipment, it can be recurred and tutored for should you choose to include the tutors).
Also, more discard outlets could be nice to just discard key pieces should you find them.
Other than that, love the deck!
