This is one of my more casual decks. As the title suggests, it is a Naya tokens strategy with Hazezon Tamar as the commander. It plays more like a combo deck than aggro. The goal is to make a lot of tokens with Hazezon and, ideally, gives them haste and makes them huge the turn they come in to play. (hopefully enough damage to kill all of your opponents) Of course Purphoros, God of the Forge/Impact Tremors make great alternate wincons in any token deck with red. Any advice welcome.
I am not sure what your budget is, so some of these suggestions may be out of budget.
The first thing I can think of is Diamond Valley. Yes, it doesn't tap for mana, but it gets Hazezon off the board before his trigger. I see you already have High Market and Miren along with Perilous Forays and Goblin Bombardment. Another sac outlet could be Greater Gargadon and maybe Greater Good.
I would also suggest trying to maximize Hazezon's ETB with stuff like Flameshadow Conjuring (put the original in the graveyard due to the Legend Rule and then sac the token at end of turn) and maybe Blade of Selves. Blade of selves works best if you can give Hazezon haste the turn he comes into play so you can get multiple triggers right away.
Urabrask the Hidden is another good haste enabler with Sarkhan Vol (which I see you have). I would honestly play this over Lovisa just because she can pump up your opponent's creatures and I think tapping down creatures with Urabrask and giving your Plant tokens off Avenger is better than the +2/+2 to Warriors. I know Mirror Entity can mitigate this, so it may still work out for you.
If you want, Strionic Resonator works well with your general, Avenger, Craterhoof, Skullclamp, Beastmaster Ascension (to get an extra counter), Aura Shards, and Assemble the Legion.
I have a Haz deck I've been working on for a long time, and I thought I'd mention a few cards that I've found to be great in a deck with him.
- Anger This one is a no brainer. You already have lots of sac outlets, and even if you don't have one at the moment, he'll die soon enough. Maybe the best low-effort, consistent haste enabler.
- Warp World This is a card I see in very few Haz decks, but it is one of the most powerful cards a token deck can play. Played the turn after Haz's tokens hit, it almost reads "I win." Especially valuable in games that have gone south for one reason or another.
- Feed the Pack A great sac outlet that doesn't see a ton of play. I wold play it in place of Perilous Forays because of the similar CmC and I think that it does more for you than Forays at the point in the game where you'll be using either.
- Cathers' Crusade I just don't know why you would play a token deck without this comically overpowered card.
I would lower your overall CMC cost. You have some really highcosted cards. Instead I would focus more on ramp, especially if you plan to cast hazezon more then a couple of times during a game. He's SO manadependent. I play hazezon more as a blink-deck with lots of ETB-effect, so I also try to blink hazezon with Cloudshift, Ghostway and Eerie Interlude. The value his tokens brings, is just insane when you couple it with the right stuff. Goblin Bombardment is a most, which you already play, but stuff like Food Chain and Shivan Harvest can also be really good. Fecundity is another thing I wouldn't miss. Yes, your opponents also draws off of it, but they don't have 10 tokens to sac to Goblin Bombardment.
I see alot of praise for Perilous Forays, but every time I played it, I didn't actually need the effect when I got to five mana. Same with Boundless Realms.
I would also add a Sylvan Scrying or even Crop Rotation to get one of your sac-lands on board, since it's really good to get hazezon away before your upkeep. Assemble the Legion seems underwhelming as a token generator. 5 mana for one token on your next upkeep.
Maybe Blasting Station would be better then Spawning Pit?

I could see this work pretty well. Nice suggestion. Also, +1 for Anger. Should be easy getting him in the yard.
I actually disagree with you on this one, but ofc it depends on your build. I don't try to buff up my tokens. These only double your damage, which isn't much for 1/1 tokens. They are also permanents, that you properly put into play before you got the tokens, painting a larger target on yourself. I like combattricks, that come out off nowhere, and Rally the Peasants have been a blowout for me most of the time. The flashback makes it really great.
I also like Grand Abolisher a lot in hazezon, since you tend to go all in, and Abolisher does a good job protecting your plan.
Rally the Peasants Does seem like a great include, fo sho. While it's true that the cards that I mentioned are somewhat less efficient individually than something like Rally, where they shine is the way they play in conjunction with your many many other anthems. All of these cards are multipliers on effects like Lovisa, Beastmaster, Crusade (Cathar's or just plain Crusade) rather than just being additive. That said, cutting one of those (I'd probably cut Gisela, if I were going to cut one) for Rally seems good.
Don't underestimate the effect of the life gain on Conviction too tho, as one swing will often alone put you out of reach for a lot of burn-y decks.
Making enemies creatures Sand Warriors would be pretty hilarious. I actually cut Mirari's Wake. I know it was probably bad decision, and I will probably end up putting it back in, but not before testing the cards I added.

Credit to DolZero for this awesome sig!

- Gratuitous Violence, True Conviction, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight You simply can't have enough ways to make your tokens hit harder. These are three of the best ones I know of.
- Champion of Lambholt A deceptively effective board stall breaker.

Mirari's Wake is a notable omission.
