Marath is a general I have been thinking about for awhile and finally decided to put together a list after scouring the internet for a few days. Here is what I have come up with.
I'd suggest Mana Echoes because it's just too good for this deck. I also like Impact Tremors as another Purphoros effect and potential win con with the mass token generation.
I will add Mana Echoes to the cards being considered list but it might fall close to the no infinite rule I have placed on the deck. But will test it just in case I change my mind.
Impact Tremors is nice but I need something more out of any card going into the deck.
We also discussed all the other cards that have been mentioned to me (in this thread), cards in my being considered list or by friends and concluded that without going off the deep end (i.e. infinite combos) that everything is great for now... I still have to test it in my LGS group and see how everything there fares.. but keep sending any ideas as Marath is very quickly becoming one of my favorite decks.
Have you thought about Goblin Bombardment as a response/deterrent to board clears and potential win con with infinite tokens? It packs a great punch with Marath's tokens and Omnath out, I've use that in my deck, been pretty positive. It also isn't as big of a target because it doesn't seem as relevant as a Mana Reflection or Privileged Position does.
I have been having a blast with this deck, that fact I can Tooth and Nail a win out of no where is hilarious and the other amazing synergies I have been finding it been so much fun.
I haven't made any changes so far so please keep sending ideas my way if you think of any.
Just want to say first - awesome list and has given me some ideas for improving my own. Have you considered stoneforge mystic? Doesn't seem like you are adverse to Tutors and she's always been a champ for me. So much so that people groan when she makes her appearance. Of course she fetches skullclamp, which, let's be fair, basically says "draw your entire deck" in Marath. I also like using Sword of Feast and Famine for mana advantage.
I haven't really given Stoneforge Mystic much thought before as I only run two equipment, but it would be nice to find them when I need them. I think Steelshaper's Gift is something i would use over Stoneforge Mystic if I were to add either. I will have to test both when I get time.

Why not play both? IMO the only limiting factor for Marath is mana. Also I think SFM is strictly better because it's Survival fodder when you don't need it, and can be tutored up when you do. In fact, every time you can play a creature for a similar effect, I would argue that it's preferable to do so.
I wouldn't want to play both as I only have two equipment and it doesn't seem right to me to have two tutors for them. But like i said i will test both of them and make a decision once testing is done.
And i have decided not to add them. Reasons being are that Assemble the Legion is to slow for me. Also Earthcraft and Mana Echoes clash with my no infinite combo rule.
Goblin Bombardment's testing has gone well so far but I am unsure what to do at this point in time. I will be keeping it in my Cards Begin Considered spoiler.
I would definitely go with Stoneforge Mystic as it means you can get to Skullclamp with creature tutors. Speaking of which: Chord of Calling is already a great tutor in a vacuum, as it accesses any creature at instant speed, but in a token deck you can really capitalize on the convoke mechanic.
I can see Crop Rotation and Knight of the Reliquary being great in your deck as you have a number of powerful lands. Contested Cliffs might seem redundant in a Marath deck but in the mid-to lategame it really starts to pull its weight as Marath can grow very large and starts to fight down even opposing fatties without loosing counters for just 1RG. Use it midcombat with Iroas out and you don't have to worry about Marath dying.
From looking at your landbase I infer that you are opposed to run ETBT lands, but I would still consider Mosswort Bridge. It will probably be active most of the time with your list, enables you to cast big spells on a discount at instant speed and combines with Mina and Denn to be a nice CA engine.
For cuts I could see Siege-Gang Commander as it doesn't really add anything that Marath can't already do, Kamahl Fist of Krosa which I found just too clunky in my list and maybe also Parallel Lives as I personally found that running too many of those engine enchantments that don't do anything by themselves to make the deck a bit clunky (you could cut it for Chord of Calling which lets you access Doubling Season via Academy Rector).
I also would consider Austere Command or Tragic Arrogance over Martial Coup. Both are cheaper to cast, more versatile as they can also deal with other permanents types and probably leave you with something better than a bunch of tokens.
I hope you find that helpful. If you want, I'd be glad, if you'd check out my list in the sig
Kamahl, Fist of Krosa is there for its synergy with Elesh Norn to remove annoying lands while late game it gives you that valuable and often repeatable Overrun effect. Parallel Lives is a pet card and one I am having a lot of fun with.
I agree that Siege-Gang Commander and Marital Coup are my most weakest cards and I will probably change them soon. As for what comes in... lets just say you'll see soon :D.
As for Mosswort Bridge and all hideaway lands for that matter I don't like them in certain decks as anyone can blow them up before you have the opportunity to reap the reward. It is not that I'm against tapped lands I just don't like them in this deck. As for the rest of the cards I am interested in Knight of the Reliquary the most. I will test the other cards as well.
I wouldn't want to play both as I only have two equipment and it doesn't seem right to me to have two tutors for them. But like i said i will test both of them and make a decision once testing is done.
Whoops! I wasn't clear there. I meant play both seedborn muse and sword of feast and famine. But the way I play my list is incredibly mana greedy. My typical plan is just to get to 20+ mana and then figure out a way to win, lol.
I would also consider getting rid of a lot of the pump enchantments aside from Mirari's Wake as they can be detrimental when you have Skullclamp out. Tooth and Claw is just bad for almost any deck (unless that was a typo for Tooth and Nail).
If you can i would also try and get a better mana base, you don't need duals or shocklands. Cinder Glade, Canopy Vista, Fortifed Village and Game Trail are good alternatives as are the Temples from Theros Block.

Tooth and Claw is a characteristic example and I think that once my copy of Enlightened Tutor arrives it will be the first card to cut. Also the mana base is weak but I am expecting the BfZ lands until next week. Thanks for the suggestions!

Here are some of my opinions of your deck. It looks solid but could use a little refinement. Below are just some of my suggestions.
I would get rid of the artifact ramp (Sol Ring is the exception) and add cards like Wood Elves and Birds of Paradise(or Wild Cantor for a budget birds).
I would also consider getting rid of a lot of the pump enchantments aside from Mirari's Wake as they can be detrimental when you have Skullclamp out. Tooth and Claw is just bad for almost any deck (unless that was a typo for Tooth and Nail).
I would suggest getting Avenger of Zendikar and Purphoros, God of the Forge as they are great for this deck.
If you can i would also try and get a better mana base, you don't need duals or shocklands. Cinder Glade, Canopy Vista, Fortifed Village and Game Trail are good alternatives as are the Temples from Theros Block.
