Hey there I created this desk with some help from the community but I am at a small snag right now. One of my biggest issues with any deck I make is figuring out what to take out for better stuff. I now the cards I what to add are indeed better, there is no question, but at the same time they may only be situationally better. A prime example would be Filth and Eldrazi Monument. Filth is better, so long as they have swamps. If they do not play swamps or you cannot get Urborg, tomb of Yawgmoth out Eldrazi Monument is much better, it gives flying and indest.
That is just one example.
So i need help figuring out what to remove to replace other cards. (And i do have a list of cards i want to include, which will fallow the decklist)
NOTE- All cards are sorted by CMC then Alphabetically
So that is what I have the main idea is to get one of my combos going and ether win off that, or just overwhelm them with zombies. Basalt Monolith & Mesmeric Orb allows Sidisi to keep milling while Vigor prevents me from milling myself out. (dread and Guile will do the Same thing, I want them all in my deck though just in case I accidentally draw one before my combo is set up)
Ghoulcaller Gisa Pairs up with Thornbite staff, Phyrexian Altar and literally any of the Captains. (Creature that give creatures +1/+1) The idea is Equip Gisa with Thornbite staff and then sac any creature to Gisa to get at least 2 zombies. Sac a zombie to Phyrexian Altar, untap Gisa (Due to thornbite Staff) and get one black mana. Sac another zombie to get X zombies (With a captain you should be getting at least 3 from this. meaning you have 1 addition zombie remaining after each cycle.)
The reason i wish to run Grave Titan is due to the fact that he combos with Nim Deathmantle and Ashnod's Altar (All three not yet in the deck.) You play grave titan and he fetches you two zombies. You sac one of the tokens and Grave Titan to Ashnod's Altar. Then with the 4 mana, bring back Grave Titan using Nim Deathmantle. Get anotehr two zombie tokens bringing your count to 3. Every cyvle will give you one additional zombie.
Mikeus, the Unhallowed and Triskelion. Very simple combo. Remove two counters, deal damage to targets, last counter deals damage to and kills triskelion, Mekeus brings Triskelion back, repeat.
Craterhoof Behemoth is wanted to pump my Zombies up by X zombies (Hopefully a lot, but even with having like 5 it works) and trample. Then just roflstomp.
Tooth and Nail is simply to find combo piece Creatures in my deck. Same with the Tutors find pieces period.) (And if there was a blue, Black or green Tooth and nail that found Artifacts instead of creatures I would run that as well)
I then have my Mana accel, and equipment, which I can equip to Grimgrin, Corpse-born or another creature and just beat face that way. Lashwrithe and Stoneforge Masterwork however are more for Ghoulcaller Gisa. Equip to a creature, sac the equipped creature, get a good boost of zombies (In case my gisa engine is not yet running)
So yes please help me figure out what I should remove for the cards needed.
That being said, you run too few creatures for a Sidisi, Brood Tyrant deck. How will you take advantage of milling to produce zombie tokens? You'd have to mill up to 5 cards to possibly mill a creature. Not many spells do that. However, most spells/abilities mill around 3 cards average so your deck should run at least 33 creatures out of the 99 cards. Any other suggestions on what to do with Sidisi, Brood Tyrant (if you're really stuck in that snag) and don't mind reading a lot into it, you can check out the link to my Sidisi deck in my sig.

While the combo might be straightforward, it doesn't quite work in the way that you have described. Just letting you know in case you have a rules-stickler at your table. Don't forget that your non-humans gain +1/+1.

the reason for so many combos is due to not wanting to be shut down after the opponents get my deck strategy. I build decks that go infinite to have more than one way to do so. I mean my old Nin deck was chaotic as people would shut down one combo to only to fall to another. My Sharuum deck. people got worried about what to do against it as they were not sure which card to remove to halt me. It had 20 ways to go infinite in it so they had no idea which combo i was looking for the pieces for, and I never even had a chance to play all my combos.
Jhessian zombies allows me to grab 14/33 lands (Most notably, Swap which is the most important one given the deck's dependency on black)
I am curious why you want me to get rid of most of my draw power (Also Ill-gotten gains does allow recursion along with recollect)

You don't need to draw so much since your graveyard is your second hand; self-milling 3 should be as equivalent to "draw 3" as possible.
Only if I can play stuff from it, aside from Gravecrawler, life from the loam and Dread return, i am not playing much of my grave at all. I would like steam in my hands as I am not wanting it to always depend on the same combo to win, that gets boring and doing something as simple as getting rid of dread return will end up shutting the deck down completely. (This is also why I should keep recollect as if I am playing with a "second hand", i want that ability to recur more things.
If your goal is having a full hand of cards or drawing lots of cards and playing combo and tutors, why not choose Damia over Sidisi? Damia's a much better general for that then Sidisi. And Damia doesn't depend on the graveyard, either. I just recommended things based on how Sidisi works and on the fact that you seem to want to pump lots of zombies. But I honestly don't see that happening easily in your build, to be honest. I understand that you want freedom in packing in as many combos as you want into the deck and whatnot, but then that would be a different strategy altogether - one that I feel maybe Damia, Sage of Stone would be better at than Sidisi, Brood Tyrant.

The deck already supports Sidisi's engine. Thus I am gonna stick with it. The thing is I did not want to focus too much on grave play, while I do have ways of recursion I did not want that part of the deck to be a main focus. I wanted to have other ways to win aside form Sidisi (Though granted now I guess if I had played a full recursion deck it would have been better to just play Sidisi as is and make the zombies one feature in the deck.
Oh well Self mill is weird for me, Aside form Azami which was just ugly from start to finish (25 counterspells along with creature and other ways of countering. Wizards that recur spells or give them flashback. I mean it was ugly, but only way i was winning with that deck was Laboratory maniac. If he was killed i was not winning (So i changed it, one win con, the other was diviner's wand and constant draw and discard with MoM and Guile)
That is just one example.

Dread Return is an amazing card and allows me to return Gravespawn Sovereign and then pull Diregraf Captain out and a sac Outlet, be it Phyrexian Altar, Ashnod's Altar or Grimgrin, Corpse-Born (Gravespawn can also grab Grimgrin)
Ghoulcaller Gisa Pairs up with Thornbite staff, Phyrexian Altar and literally any of the Captains. Blood Artist, while not needed, can do what Diregraf Captain does. It is simply in case Captain gets Exiled.
