This is a deck that I have been wanting to build for a long time and never put it together because Borborygmos Enraged costs a lot to put in to play. Mina and Denn, Wildborn I think has made this deck possible for me. I am unsure if this is a traditional Lands.dec archetype, but it contains a couple of the elements.
The focal point of my deck for the most part is the Landfall mechanic and Seismic Assault (along with its fellow brethren). This isn't meant to be a super competitive deck, but I do like to win. With that being said, any comments and suggestions are greatly welcomed!!!
I am currently looking into some more draw options. After playing a few games last night, I found that my hand was quickly empty and I was stuck top-decking and hoping for a bomb or a draw spell.
Made a number of changes after getting some games in last night. The changes are in effort to increase consistency.
One thing that really stuck out from last night, I had trouble closing out games or keeping on the pressure.. allowing the opponent to come back and steal games.
Its been okay, nothing spectacular. I almost exclusively end up discarding it for its bloodrush ability. I am actually looking to replace it with something that is more of a win-con. Probably with something like Titania, Protector of Argoth.
I will say Titania, Protector of Argoth has been great for me. Gives you an additional landfall trigger, and also gives a 5/3 for every fetch you crack.
Perilous Forays and Greater Good are cards that I think could offer a lot to my deck. However, I am uncertain that I run enough creatures or token production to get the most out of them. I may have to consider going a little more token heavy to deal with my meta and offer a reliable win-con.
