Who is your commander? What are you hoping to achieve? What do you feel is the purpose of your deck?
Completely forgot the commander.
The commander is Sidisi, Brood Tyrant and the deck is for a semi-competitive FNM commander league.
The purpose of the deck is to traumatize yourself then win a couple of different ways due to the size of your graveyard.
Your list looks very tuned and optimized, yet the thread title says "Help Wanted." What are some things you're having issues with during games? Is there any aspect of the deck in particular that hasn't been performing up to par?

You would never guess, at the terrifying sight of the man, that Hunding was as charming a companion as one could wish for.

I am not unhappy with the list as is but other people will always see things from a different angle than you. So really just looking for ideas on making the deck faster/more competitive.
There's a Sidisi dredge deck on these forums that was rather fast.
If you're looking to mill into reanimation, combo is your easiest winsource. Dark Mikaeus + Triskellion is the common one, but Woodfall Primus + Mike will work in a pinch, and Mike will also help with you Glen Elendra for a soft lock. Mazirek can be backup for persists.
Some more flashback may be good, Deep Analysis has always been a card with value above its cost.
You also have almost no existing ramp. While I get that your goal is to self mill + cheat costs, you still need mana to get started, and I would look into the cheaty mana sources such as Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, Lion's Eye Diamond, and Chrome Mox to give you that aggressive competitive boost. Then use cards like Windfall to cheaply replenish your hand, or use it to dredge heavily and crank your graveyard.
I would run Golgari Grave Troll over most of your 'graveyard size matters' fatties. It serves the same purpose for you, but also has stronger synergy and added benefits, acting as both an enabler and a finisher with Jarad. I would also run Nighthowler over most of them as well, since it's a double use, and again, adds an extra line of win condition by enabling surprise commander damage as a win option. Bestow -> Jarad the creature its on -> Jarad the Nighthowler.
Wonder and Filth can get your army through. You already run Urborg.
For this list, I'm less impressed with Avenger of Zendikar, Terastodon, Tidespout Tyrant, Kessig Cagebreakers, Lord of Extinction, Psychosis Crawler, Seedguide Ash - for most of them, it's a matter of cost, and I would replace with cheaper alternates. eg. Seedguide -> Wood Elves. Most of them are simply due to being redundant as finishers, when other options exist as finishers that would provide better synnergy with the deck. eg. Avenger is a popular finisher, but you already have lots of token production, so Triumph of the Hordes or Pathbreaker Ibex would be stronger finishers, as they would allow more aggressive immediate impact.
So really just looking for ideas on making the deck faster/more competitive.
Then might I suggest Stitch Together -> Reanimate? The life loss isn't completely irrelevant but costing half as much and not needing threshold more than makes up for it. Also, Exhume is super risky in a competitive meta. There's also Dance of the Dead. It's obviously not as good as Animate Dead, but it's not bad either.
Edit: With all the graveyard interactions in this deck Intuition would be a good triple-tutor.

Thank you for the input Bobthefunny i will be trying out some of your suggestions. I still need to get some of the artifact ramp but once i do i will be adding it.

Glen elendra and necromancy I can see putting in. I have tried delve spells before and I always wanted everything that was in my graveyard.

Phyrexian Reclamation would provide powerful recursion.
