This is a deck list I found the other day as I'm interested in getting into EDH and bant are my favorite colors. Now I have little experience with deck building let alone building a 100 card deck with no duplicates. So I am looking for some suggestions. Also please if you suggest a card, please suggest what you would take out. I don't have a big wallet to spend on cards right now so I'm mainly looking for budget options. Thanks!
Also I don't know how to format the decks so they look better. If someone could let me know how to do that i'd appreciate it.
Not to be rude but for the sake of everyone reading could you spend a few minutes organizing your list into something a little easier to read? Use paragraph breaks & sub headers like so:

It looks like a good start. You have a lot of bigger spells that don't seem to be very impactful unless you are already winning. I think you could stand to cut some of the bigger spells to add a few smaller bodies & spells to help you smooth out your mana & draws. Once you have things a little more tidy when can work on that.

And a friend of mine mentioned to use Roon of the Hidden Realm as my commander instead of Jenara. But I like the fact I can just pump her with my extra mana and she's relevant at all stages of the game.
You might want to start there. You have a lot of big spells but I'm concerned you don't have enough lands, artifact mana, & ramp to start deploying them in a timely manner. I would focus on the ones that are going to be solid options whether you are winning or behind (Terastodon, the U & W Primordials, Sphinx of Uthuun, Prime Speaker Zegana). Good luck!

I was actually coming over here to state that. Ive switched the commander to roon as I feel like there is way more synergy with him. I've also added a Primeval titan. I know it's banned but my friends are okay with it if I go over to the local shop I'll just switch it out. I'm still looking for suggestions with this now Roon focused deck. I'm also started to wonder if I'm running too many ETBT lands.

Sylvan Primordial is banned so that's easy.
I would cut the Guildgates for their Khans of Tarkir equivalents:
Blossoming Sands
Thornwood Falls
Tranquil Cove
Stolen Identity > Clever Impersonator
Rampant Growth > Sakura-Tribe Elder - Ramp for the same cost but you get a better top deck late game.
Hour of Reckoning > Supreme Verdict - Cheaper, uncounterable, & not enough token makers to justify the extra cost of Hour.
Rain of Thorns > Relic Crush - Cheaper, instant speed, hits most of the same targets.
Krasis Incubation > Faith's Fetters - Incubation seems like a slow way to buff your own guys so I'm assuming it was intended for your opponents creatures.
New Benalia > If you want scry lands I would go with the Temples from Theros block. Temple of Enlightenment is the costliest at $3. The other 2 less than $2 each.
