Here is a morph list I've been running and I'd like to hear what suggestions people have to improve it. The current win rate is 0% but there have been few close ones. My meta is fairly creature centric where precon decks can hold their own. The best way I can describe this deck that it is a variation of Alara lands.deck
Animar will discount the cost to morph, so once he has 3 counters, morphs are free... Honestly, many of these ideas are from my Animar deck... the rest are tutors from my 5 color deck or just quickly thinking about more ways to cheaply cast morphs. I really like putting value engines in my decks... only drawing one card a turn makes it take forever to find our favorite toys reducing the cost of your creatures enough along with a value engine will let you rip through your whole deck.
dream chisel & co are just bad. I used to play with them and being able to play a morph sightly cheaper is not worth a card that pretty much says "do nothing".
Dream chisel type of cards get better if you start play 3+ cards per turn but this creates a massive boardwipe bait. Storm decks which use similiar cards can gain the value immediately because they play instants and sorceries.
Conflux looks pretty fun. I don't really like that I have to reveal the cards (it seems a bit counter intuitive with morphs) and I can't tutor a win con or lock (maze's end or vesuvan shapeshifter + brine elemental). It also costs 8 mana. What would you cut for it?
I see what you mean about the cost reducers, they don't really do anything special unless you are drawing cards when you play a creature along with one of those other cards with draw triggers I suggested in play. Any normal mana rock would also least help flip the morph and even play interactive spells too.
When you resolve conflux in a game it feels like you are cheating...revealing the cards doesn't matter it's almost like a moment to brag about what you got to the table...that said a couple of the best cards to search for in your deck are colorless...I'm not sure what to suggest cutting either, I have not played with it to know what's not working for you. Maybe something else that is also expensive to use. I feel like it's definitely a card you run for fun, not necessity, but it is undeniably powerful. I felt compelled to use it just because I have a 5 color deck
I don't run muraganda because it buffs opponents stuff and I already run mirari's wake. I also don't like flooding the board with creature to invite board wipes and I've been trying to value utility over power.

I used to run thran dynamo and dreamstone hedron but I replaced them with hedron archive (I though that ability to sac for cards is worth the one mana loss) and prophet of kruphix (which then got banned week later so I put in urban evolution)

And my Damia deck is morph themed. We seem to be running quite a few of the same cards in those colors.
And Weaver of Lies can take you on a trip to valuetown.
