I love Orzhov in EDH, my best deck and the one people will consistent tell me is the one that is most effective is this Vish Kal deck.
Why make another one you ask, well Ayli has a bunch of things going for her. She is cheap, she is type extremely well, and her abilities promote a different kind of design. Also all those facts allow the for the playing of some strange cards that I have always wanted to use in Commander but haven't found the room.
4. NecropotenceNear-Death Experience = Game, the idea is that you also draw your whole deck and have a W left for Angel's Grace (leaving enough life as a buffer depending on Number of players in the game). Phyrexian Processor can be used for the mass life loss but it is not recommended because it happens on your turn.
The rest of the deck is just your standard Orhzov methods of ramp, draw and removal, with a good amount of Constellation synergy mixed into the sides.
