Yosei is one among other targets such as Archon of Justice , Wurmcoil Engine and other misc. ETB creatures that can help push value and control with reanimation effects such as Nim Deathmantle and Gift of Immortality. Enchantments also used to shut down artifact ramp and draw off of Mesa Enchantress and Kor Spiritdancer.

Nice to see a Yosei deck. I see you have Animal Boneyard, High Market, and Miren, the Moaning Well. With your present setup (hating on artifacts), maybe take a look at adding Martyr's Cause, Fanatical Devotion, and Worthy cause. If you can afford it get a Diamond Valley also.

I will say this, you are limiting yourself by not including artifacts (ramp, draw, deck manipulation, sac outlets, recursion). Yosei runs a lot smoother/quicker with them.
