I'm trying to build a changeling deck for the past month but I'm not being really succesful. I tried a bunch of different arrengements and deck strategies but I simply can't seem to find a good combination of cards to get it going.
As of now, I have a Reaper King deck, and use my changelings to vindicate my enemies permanents, but the main problem that I'm having is that I end up playing my changelings before getting my commander on the board, and even when he hits the board it usually doesn't stay there long enough for me to make good use of it.
The second main problem that I have is that my deck usually overextends, as it is mostly a creature deck, and this makes me really focused, even though I'm usually not doing anything, and I always suffer a lot with wipes.
Finally, when I do have some changeling on the board I usually don't have much to do with them. The boosts from the lords don't make them big enough so that I can hit my enemies, and I don't really know what else could I do with them.
So, taking all these 3 points into consideration, I'd like some help from you guys building my deck, so here is my decklist:

You may want to drop some of the completely awful changelings like War-Spike and Fire-Belly. No amount of Lording will make them worthwhile. You might consider adding Nameless Inversion as tutorable removal and/or Shields of Velis Vel as a nifty combat trick that makes all your Lords work with each other for a turn.
And Didgeridoo. Because every deck that can run Didgeridoo, should run Didgeridoo.
In order to get more out of your Commander, perhaps some blink effects would be in order? Conjurer's Closet, Brago, King Eternal and the like will get you a lot more mileage from Reaper King.
Homing Sliver and Vedalken Æthermage might have a home here, too. They may not have a warm body like the Harbingers, but they are instant-speed, don't need colored mana, and don't waste a draw step to give you what you want.
If you are going Changling and are over extending, have you though of running Horde of Notions? The fact he lets you grab out of your GY lets you not fear over extending as much.
You're also missing some good ones. If you're going to run changelings, then run some of the more powered tribal support creatures that are good in their tribes, but otherwise bad. Say, sea gate loremaster? Or play the graveyard recursion game with haakon?

The recruiters are a nice choice, but unless I swap all the harbingers for them, I won't really be able to use them effectively. Additionally, my most costy harbinger costs 3 mana, and I'm thinking of taking him out, the least costy recruiter costs 4, and also, the treefolk allows me to get a land, so although I think I need some card advantadge, I don't think they will do it effectively.
Fire-Belly is a nice changeling because if my commander is out he is a 2 mana vindicate, but I'm thinking of taking War-Spike and Turtleshell out, and maybe Game-Trail too, as he is GG to cast, I don't know how good would Nameless Inversion be though. Didgeridoo not only seems to be a very good card, but it is also a really fun one, I'll try to find a spot for it in the deck. Regarding Brago and other blink effects, they would only really be good (or actually have any use) if my commander was out, otherwise they are somewhat a dead card and I'm trying to avoid that. Finally, for Homing Sliver and the Aethermage, they are very nice, I thing I could replace one of the Harbingers for one them, but I don't really know which one. The Aethermage could save a creature from removal and he allows me to tutor the Prophet, but the sliver is also really good, considering I want to include Necrotic Sliver and Constricting Sliver. Which one do you suggest?

I'll try to run it and see if it works, but I kinda fear the use of 5 colored cards without a really good mana base (And I don't have the money to build a good one). But recursion does seems nice and it is a good card itself, I'll give it a try

Haakon, on the other hand, is a card I have no secure way of sending him to grav, so It is really hard to count on it, I think it would work better on a Karador Changeling deck
Finally, I swaped Xenograft for Conspiracy, as I thought it was strictly better. Cards that change my cards creature type in general aren't that efficient as I want my cards to have all creature types instead of one specific. Infinite Reflection is a good card speciall because it can shut my opponents down, depending on how it is used, but I don't see waht to swap for it. The Amoeboid combo is good, but requires way too much cards to pull it off, and some expensive ones too. Besides, I have almost no activated abilities on the deck for the Rings or the Bracers to be worth it. For the last, regarding clones, I thought about including Sakashima, as she can be a second RK and double my vindicates, but haven't thought of other clones. I think that if I'm going to focus more over control rather than aggro, I could easily take a bunch of lords out for some clones, but I'm not sure about it yet.

Eventhough this is my current decklist I want to take some of the cards out. I want to remove Greatbow Doyen, Stromkirk Captain, Mistform Warchief, Shared Triumph and Obsidian Battle-Axe and replace them for more mana (As I currentl only have 34 lands) and maybe something else.
I'm also wondering if I should really run all these changelings, or if I could take a couple of them out for a ramp os something. Any help you guys give me I'll be really glad

The recruiters are a nice choice, but unless I swap all the harbingers for them, I won't really be able to use them effectively.
