Hi guys I really enjoy creating tribal decks, and warrior always seemed to me to have strong cards but not so much of a sinergetic tribe, at least until Tarkir block.
So, I started by picking up the colors. While many might point to red, as It has some neat contributions such as Lovisa Coldeyes, Brighthearth Banneret and Bowdwir Intimidator, just to name a few, Tarkir screamed both white and black, and for me, green has even more amazing card pieces to build a tribal warrior oriented commander, as this ended being .
The kinda tough part though was finding the most apropriate commander. As Anafenza is an amazing creature and commander by herself, It felt odd/ironic to have a soldier as the commander of a warrior tribal deck, so, by exclusions, this was a job for Daghatar the Adamant, which I disliked at first, but matched greatly the theme and the counters mechanic subtheme this deck ended up having.
As warriors rarely produce mana on their own (even the elf ones! Didn't see that coming), ramp must come in the form of land ramp, by the likes of Harrow, Fertilid, the attack-friendly Druids' Repository and the ever present (but not exactly land-ramping) Sol Ring. (I was kinda lazy building the mana part, lands included, feel free to enhance it, but the curve is fine. My guess is this deck spells are so low-costed that mana shouldn't be an issue).
Hope you enjoy, this doesn't ended up being that much of a budget deck, as some more expensive cards listed I already had from previous decks, still this is a really fun and simple deck to play, somewhat fast and solid. Also, as this is not a common tribal for commander, It might not be in your opponents radars at first, which might lead to quite a surprise once It hits It's full potencial and blow a few faces off the match.
Feel free to make your own version and comment. Here we go:
This looks neat, but how consistent is your land and mana? 30 land seems a little sparse, and there's only about 4 or 5 land grab/mana fix cards. Might I suggest Civic Wayfinder to help ease out the fixing? It's also a warrior (and an Elf), and would be a good addition to the Pod Chain. Drumhunter could also be good, as card draw and early mana fixing. Evolving Wilds/Terramorphic Expanse, Surveyor's Scope and Armillary Sphere are all cheap and efficient accelerators. Priest of Titania could be good here too, considering all the elves running about. Though, she' not a Warrior.
All in all though, this deck looks like fun. I myself had a warriors deck a little while ago, though I went with Kresh as my commander.

You need more lands. Your curve looks better than a lot of EDH decks, but 30 lands is still not going to be enough to play your cards a lot of the time. Pick 7 or 8 of the underperformers and turn them into lands. You have a few really good mana sinks, so you would much rather hit too many lands than too few.
I think you're going to find that your creatures are too low impact a lot of the time, given how many of them are mana-efficient attackers. You can get around that with more support cards. Cathars' Crusade is great at turning any creature into a live draw. I would also try and find at least one more overrun effect. There are some really good creature ones: Kamahl, Fist of Krosa, Pathbreaker Ibex, and the (ever-boring) Craterhoof Behemoth, but if you're trying to stick to purely warriors, even the classic Overrun is playable.
For cuts, look at the guys that just attack. Glistener Elf is probably not getting there on its own and doesn't contribute to your gameplan at all if it doesn't. Allosaurus Rider is probably not going to be very big with the low amount of ramp in your deck, and spending 3 cards or 7 mana on a beater is probably not where you want to be here. Dragon Hunter is very low impact unless you see a lot of dragons in your games. Heir of the Wilds and Wren's Run Vanquisher are both alright, but unexciting. You don't want to be in a position where you have a bunch of 2/1 dorks staring at a Beast Within token or something.
I'm not sure I could play warrior tribal out of red, but this is honestly better than I would have expected warrior tribal to look.

Thanks for the feedback I just get really too lazy when It comes down to mana-fixing the decks I built, as I find the least exciting part of the deck is land picking, specially the ones that have over 2 colors. I also have an Edric commander with a very similar mana curve that runs only 28 lands and very, very rarely I get short-handed when It comes to lands, still, this ain't a 2 color deck nor have that many 1 drops, so I'm gonna pack a few more, maybe up to 34-35 lands and this will be fine.
Interestingly, my first ever complete EDH deck is an elf tribal combo and the 3 cards I'd cut eventually are the same you pointed out (allosaurus, glistener andvanquisher) I wanted to give them a shot, as they look nice in theory, but what you said is indeed a fact.
Cutting down the 5 dudes you said and karametra, adding 4 lands, Fertilid (good use for counters after all) and Cathars' Crusade, which sounds awesome for this deck and I didn't knew about until now, also the leaked new Nissa sounds good too. Maybe I'll squeeze a pathbreaker just to see how much havoc It causes
All in all, just tried to avoid the everyday staples in EDH and pick alternative tutors and pump spells (not that they are trully unconventional ones, just avoiding demonic tutor and craterhoof are fine for me)
Going red was a temptation when I first thought of creating a tribal warrior EDH, but most of the green I already have and secure the wastes/Rhys/Mirror Entity got me going, so GWB It was haha
Green has tons of good land ramping, I'll try Fertilid first, because counters, maybe even crop rotation to get some nonbasic for color-fixing, but I believe drumhunter and the scope are a little slow here, but I'll put Surveyor's Scope in another deck of mine, thanks Not sure wether or not Civic Wayfinder is a nice add, as cultivate/harrow do a better job, will test this deck more, maybe if I'm not pleased with a card that's in I'll do the swap.
Also, updated to 34 lands.

The Essentials
As said above, not only this deck runs a warrior tribe theme but also get them going by pumping with +1/+1 counters and whatnot. This deck packs a serious number of cheap creatures that bring value not only because of their efficient cost but also their usefull skills that help later in game such as Mardu Woe-Reaper, Rhys the Redeemed, Sunblade Elf, Warden of the First Tree and others, which can be followed by a turn 2 Blood-Chin Rager, Bramblewood Paragon, Chief of the Edge or Talara's Battalion.
Getting those counters on your team shouldn't be an issue with the likes of Varolz, the Scar-Striped, the must in every match Bramblewood Paragon, Dragonscale General, Abzan Ascendancy, Hardened Scales, Oran-Rief, the Vastwood and even Daghatar himself.
The more warriors the better, so warrior tokens generation must be a constant, delivered by Imperious Perfect, Secure the Wastes, Jedit Ojanen of Efrava, Mardu Strike Leader, Nath of the Gilt-Leaf and the aforementioned Rhys. Being an aggro deck imply some win conditions by bashing other players to death with style. Eldrazi Monument packs the endurance and evasion this warrior army need, but Beastmaster Ascension, Overwhelming Stampede, Jazal Goldmane, Mirror Entity (bet you never thought of him as a warrior, did ya?) and Triumph of the Hordes can also prove to be very deadly for the rest of the table. Rogue's Passage can also be a ticket-for-one hit but might come in handy finishing someone with a beefy attacker.
Last but not least, this deck also packs numerous utility cards to round up your game, as Den Protector, Golgari Thug, Athreos, God of Passage, Unburial Rites and Champion of Stray Souls do the recurring, Hidden Dragonslayer kills bigger dudes that might cause you trouble, Blood-Chin Fanatic can help you getting done with somebody or keeping your own life out of the red zone, Fleshbag Marauder and Butcher of Malakir for a killing spree, Raiders' Spoils and Shamanic Revelation for card draw, Congregation at Dawn, Dark Petition and Birthing Pod are there for tutoring.
Also, Dromoka's Command, Aura Shards, Beast Within and Abzan Ascendancy secondary effect for shenanigans
Hope you enjoy, this doesn't ended up being that much of a budget deck, as some more expensive cards listed I already had from previous decks, still this is a really fun and simple deck to play, somewhat fast and solid.
