I went through our combined collection and this is what I tossed together. The idea is to get Merieke set up in such a way that she can be tapped to take control of a target creature, then untapped to destroy it...
Specters are in to keep the opponent card starved, counters are in to help stave off non creature threats. I'd like to keep it in the $60-100 range as it's just an entry level deck for her.
Seems like you have a lot of low impact creatures that don't fit your game plan. Also you can use fatestitcher

1x Esper Sojourners - allows untap of commander upon death or cycling.
1x High Priest of Penance - board control, when it takes damage I can remove any threat I couldn't counter/kill with Merieke

1x Hypnotic Specter - discard/hand control 1x Mourning Thrull - chump flier body
1x Nightveil Specter - mill/option removal from my opponent 1x Orzhov Guildmage - just a body that can ping without tapping
1x Puppeteer - untap commander
1x Teardrop Kami - untap commander
1x Tidal Force - untap commander
1x Tideforce Elemental - untap commander
1x Trickster Mage - untap commander
1x Vedalken Anatomist - untap commander
1x Vigean Graftmage - untap comander 1x Vizkopa Guildmage - just a body with a decent activated ability

I have to disagree with you on the "alot of" part. Most of my creatures provide either tap/untap, or removal of options from my opponent's hand in the form of discard.
There's 4 creatures that are just bodies with situational usefulness.
I bolded the ones I agree with you on, they will eventually be taken out for something else.
