For a while now, I'v been building up a Sliver tribal EDH deck and after several weeks, I've finally created a foundation to work with so that I can really start to use it and add/subtract cards to/from. This is the deck as it stands with me owning every card currently listed in the deck box.
Now the point of this thread is not to tell me what cards I still need to get as I'm aware of the vast majority of (More fetches, the original duals, Cavern of Souls, Patriarch's Bidding, etc.). The point is to try and build a working deck out of what I've currently got. I'm not trying to create the PERFECT deck but a deck that will at least run consistently for the most part. I'm attempting to simply smooth things out and mitigate weaknesses.
Another part of me also debates as to running this as a multiplayer combo-aggro deck with Sliver Overlord or converting it into an aggro deck with Sliver Legion at the helm.
NOTE: One of the biggest things I've been wrestling with is the inclusion of the check lands as me and a buddy (who has been running Slivers for far longer) have agreed that they are not worth it in the long run of things. However, we also came to the conclusion that for the time being, they can be useful until I tune up the mana base some more. As such, we decided that it would be best, for the time being, for me to run the checks for the colors I'm always going to need: G and B.

Also, I know you said you weren't looking for cards to add, but a sliver deck's biggest weakness is board wipes, so I would consider cards like Boros Charm, Ghostway, Ready//Willing, and possibly even Eldrazi Monument.

Part of the reason I debated going for an aggro deck with Sliver Legion was because it is more straightforward and allows me a better perspective on what the deck really needs and what it doesn't. This is also helped by the fact that I possess almost all the Slivers who be highly relevant for that type of deck. Also, if you decide to go with aggro Slivers, Sliver Overlord will slow you down as you'll start focusing on fetching Slivers, while Legion gives you an immediate affect that shifts winning any form of combat by pure power alone, not counting any other abilities your Sliver horde has at the time.
As for the cards, while I'm not really looking for cards as I'm more concerned with most basic running of the deck, it's still good to be reminded of them. This is my first 5 color deck, so I often forget that I can utilize any card theoretically.
Posting regarding your current post in the general commander section about your mana base:
I'm sure you've already seen it, but here is a really helpful primer on sliver decks. When I built mine, I found CruxMDQ's thread very helpful, and there are many specific posts and sections, even in his primer, about budget and intermediate mana bases. At various points throughout the thread you will find helpful discussions about the mana bases that work in the deck, and ones that don't. This might help guide you in your decision making, as ranking the lands' effectiveness is one half of the equation for you (the other half being price).
