A mashup of my previous Heliod deck and the new C15 precon. Still needing some tuning, but the goal is the same: put up a pillowfort behind which I can smack people with enchantment creature tokens.
Generally, this deck does very well if it can survive into the lategame. Heliod is a very potent general: having the ability to create instant speed blockers and to convert your leftover mana into damage shouldn't be underestimated. Myth Realized is also a crazy good finisher: I ended up beating Jarad in with a 13/13 pretty regularly until he was forced to tutor up a Naturalize. The biggest threats to Heliod are mass damage effects that can slip by his pillow fort (like the aforementioned Jarad), so I'm gonna see if I can fit in more sources of life gain and lifelink to offset that. Once I'm able to stabilize, I'm usually able to lock down the table and cruise in for a win.
Any suggestions on sub-optimal cards to cut? I'm heavily considering replacing Cathars' Crusade: this deck just doesn't seem like the right place to abuse it.

I've been tinkering with a Heliod list myself. Except I have more of an enchantment theme and less creatures (except token producers).
Do you've a decklist? I didn't want to go all in on the enchantment theme, even though it's still present here, because I like having bodies that aren't just Heliod tokens on the field.

Updated the list to reflect IRL changes. I'm adapting it to add an angel tribal theme in addition to the previous enchantress play style. Angels are often big and beefy enough that even one can prove to be a serious threat when it lands. I thought they'd be good finishers, and also give the deck a bit of fun flavor: "Heliod and His Heavenly Host."

Something to be wary of with Starfield of Nyx, while its enchantment-animating effect is active it will make all of your enchantment creature tokens into 0/0s. It's still a very powerful card but you should be aware of that interaction when playing it.
I'm guessing Ethereal Armor and Shadow Lance are intended to be put on Daxos? Do you find that to be somewhat risky?

Having dealt with that interaction with Heliod, I'm well aware of the risk. I normally use it as a recursion tool after a boardwipe, and suicide block with it once I want to get Daxos and his tokens out.
And no, not really. Having a few ways of pushing through commander damage is a good thing for this deck. I mainly wanted to include them as alternate targets for Heliod's Pilgrim, so that when I'm in an advantageous position I can push through even more damage.

You do know it says "each other", right? So how do you suicide block with it exactly?
...true. Completely forgot about that. That said, I can block with other stuff to get the enchantment count down. Either way, it's never been an issue in any of the games I've played it, either with Heliod or Daxos at the helm, so I wouldn't worry too much.
