This is made of my love to Stasis. It's gonna be annoying to play against, but that's the point. This deck is really just a UW controlshell that use Hanna, Ship's Navigator to recur the annoying Stasis after it's been destroyed just before my turn by Despotic Scepter.
If I was going to run this build around Stasis, and other lockdown pieces, I would be running Brago, King Eternal as my commander. The synergies he has are simply disgusting, especially with what you're trying to do here.
To run him effectively, you would have to change the build around a little bit, and run more mana rocks, and such... as well as more prison based effects, like Tangle Wire, as well as more tutors, and whatnot... but man can he be brutal to play against if built correctly.
Thanks for the suggestion. And while I do know Brago can be really disgusting (which is kinda what I aim for with this deck), I don't wanna run him, since I build most of my decks with pet-cards (such as Hanna). I also think Brago would make me build a whole other kind of deck, where I would abuse ETB-effects, which I don't know to do. Brago might be more effective then Hanna, but I don't play in a competative meta and I like to roll the old school way
I would think you'd want to have Enlightened Tutor be part of the mix since you're so focused on resolving and abusing Stasis. Also, while I realize that not every land can be Tundra, seeing a half dozen Plains in the list makes me cringe a little bit. In an ordinary UW deck it'd be fine, but it just seems like you're setting yourself up to have a land drop but not be able to pay for Stasis anyway.

You would never guess, at the terrifying sight of the man, that Hunding was as charming a companion as one could wish for.
I should definitely run Enlightened Tutor. But I only own two copies and they are already in other decks (will see if I can switch something).
I don't think I run enough Islands? Hopefully I shouldn't rely on the landdrop to pay for Stasis, since the plan is to destroy it before my turn, and then recur it. Which reminds me... I'm pretty vulnerable to grave-hate. Maybe Leyline of Sanctity?
