Hey Gang! Here's my sphinx tribal deck. The flavor I'm going for is shaped around mysticism and making player make choices. I'm using cards like Choice of Damnations, Fatespinner, and Will of the Council cards from Conspiracy to achieve this. Right now I have a lot of filler in the way of counterspells, I'd prefer those spells to be other "choice" cards, or something that upsets the game is absurd ways (I'm already running Worldpurge, which upsets the game and makes player choose what to keep in their hand).
Any suggestions for fun cards I've overlooked are welcome!
I'm loving the idea. However, I feel that you are missing some clutch pieces (Magister Sphinx, in particular) for the sphinxes and ways to tutor them and/or cast them easier. Also, if you're going for the Will of the Council theme, it needs more Brago's Representative and Grudge Keeper. Here're some sphinxes that I feel you missed which would make a great addition to the deck:
If you want some more riddle-me-this or some Jigsaw-esque choice for opponents to make, you can easily include Curse of the Cabal. If you wanna continue that route and make the opponents make tougher decisions, some other staxy cards can be added like Tangle Wire, Braids, Cabal Minion, Smokestack, etc.
I think you can make some pretty interesting games by making opponents make difficult decisions all round - not just making actual votes and choices. Games are going to get very political. Just be prepared to have people want to overthrow you from your sadistic throne.

It's not a card that gives your opponent a choice, but I think Head Games could find itself happily at home in your deck, because of its name (and brutal effect).
Other notable cards along the same lines as Worldpurge are Warped Devotion and Recoil. Warped devotion in particular can be devastating with an overloaded Cyclonic Rift, as its a board wipe that sends most of your opponent's battlefield to their graveyard and robs your opponents of a bunch of death triggers and gets around every indestructible pillowfort.

You should add more cards to accelerate the deck - particularly ones that work well with your commander. Belbe's Portal, Cryptic Gateway, and Urza's Incubator facilitates playing all them sphinxes. Phyrexian Arena, Alhammarret's Archive, Necropotence, and the like are choice pieces for that delectable card draw. As for your commander, Lotus Bloom becomes pretty broken (and if you wanna go infinite and lack room, all you really need is Deadeye Navigator and Lotus Bloom (sac Lotus Bloom to blink Sharuum and then recover Lotus Bloom and repeat - you get U net mana each time)). What I like most about Alhammaret's Archive is that it appears to be made for Sphinx's Revelation.
