So this is where I'm currently at with my Xenagos commander build. Are there any changes you'd make to this? Do I have enough ramp and win cons? I've got all the pieces already so can work on plugging in some other options like [[oracle of mul daya]]. In testing I find that it's extremely explosive, but only if I've got the mana and the ramp to play off of. I think the nature of Xenagos (or this build so far) is that it's hard to interact with your opponents aside from in combat so I've tried to pack in some extra combat phases via cards and abilities where I could!
If you feel like you are too tight on mana or can't play your stuff out fast enough, play more ramp. I personally play a lot because I believe that speed is essential in a build like this.
The deck naturally hits hard, but I think you probably want to play a little more card draw. Greater Good is a mandatory card IMO for Xenagod builds regardless of budget. It is simply far too good at what it does.
I'd probably do a few tweaks to the fatty suite too. For example, Scourge of the Throne is a insane threat that basically plays like a 33/33 flying haste with Xenagod out if you attack a player at the highest life. Savage Ventmaw is also insane in this deck. It might be a lowly 4/4, but don't let that fool you. The mana generation combined with card draw makes the speed of this deck go into overdrive, and I've had multiple occasions where I combined it with extra combats to kill a person from full health BY ITSELF.

I see you're running a minor dragon tribal theme. Why not give Frontier Siege a try? Getting GG during each of your main phases can add up with things like Relentless Assault. The dragons mode isn't bad either with the amount of flyers you are running.
