Hi guys, below is a budget Surrak list I'm in the process of the developing. Its aim is to play as many fatties that benefit from trample (e.g. Hamletback Goliath) as possible, hopefully also give them haste and double strike, and then turn them sideways. Also, for fun I'm running only permanents so that Primal Surge can happen. The problem I have right now is that my average mana cost is too high even for a Timmy deck; it's currently at 4.43.
