I have trouble closing out games in multiplayer. I can easily kill one to two people quickly but then I die to the other players. I also think that I'm lacking enough artifact and enchantment removal and draw power. I also lack some land destruction cards like strip mine and dust bowl which is something I missed when I first made this deck. Any advice and critique is welcome.

I see many people have looked at the thread but no comments. The changes I have made so far is basically for lands as I do have to deal with a Gaea's Cradle from going degenerate.
I will have more details about the deck when I go to my LGS on Friday. But here are the games I've had so far with this deck from last week at my LGS.
Game 1
Jazal Goldmane, Ob Nixlis of the Black Oath, Edric, Spymaster of Trest, Yasova Dragonclaw (I can't remember what this guy played)
My memory of this game is vague at best but I know I won this game because I landed a turn one mana crypt and mentor of the meek followed by a turn two Hero of Blade Hold and then it led to a turn four Jazal overrun effect killing the Edric player first for about 70ish damage and then the Ob Nixilis player before Yasova scooped.
Game 2
Jazal Goldmane, Nahiri, the Lithomancer (Ob Nixilis player switched his deck to this one), Trostani Selesnya's Voice (Edric player switched to this), Yasova Dragonclaw, and Nekusar, the Mindrazer (New player entered)
This game we were pretty much durdling most of the time. But the durdling led to the painful combo kill from the nekusar player.
Game 3
Jazal Goldmane, Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury (Again changed his deck to Freyalise), Sharuum the Hedgemon (Changed from Trostani), Yasova Dragonclaw, Nekusar, the Mindrazer)
In this game I decided not to durdle around as much anymore and rushed out to bring out an army as much as possible. It came to the point where I had killed the Freyalise player and the Nekusar player in one turn. But then I was killed by the Sharuum player with his army of flying thopter tokens and giant sphinxes did enough damage to kill me. And then the Yasova player played Theives Auction to try and claim all the goodies from the artifact player. I did not watch this game because I had to leave but I assumed with the board position that the yasova player had I will say he won.
These next few games were played with my friend at my house to test his deck.
Jazal Goldmane and Titania, Protector of Argoth
Game 1
In this game I landed a turn one Shrine of Loyal Legion with mana crypt. He pretty much left my shrine alone as I built up the counters on it. He did however build a good board of 5/3 elementals and he had blown up my Emeria, the Sky Ruin and Extraplanar Lens to prevent me from ramping faster. I crack the Legion when it reached 11 counters at the end of his turn and made 11 1/1 Myr tokens. I cast Jazal and attack due to Hall of the Bandit Lord and swing in for massive damage as I had mana to activate Jazal once.
Game 2
This game was pretty even until the end. I was able to get a good army out that contained a Captain of the Watch, Odric, Master Tactician, Hero of Bladehold, Linvala, Keeper of Silence and 6 soldier tokens by this point. However I had one issue. He had a Sunstone out. An obscure artifact from Ice Age that lets him fog the field as long as he can sac a Snow-covered Land. So every turn he would negate my attacks and make a small army of 5/3s, plus ramp out more snow-covered lands. At one point I had cast Terminus to clear the field including his general. Alas it wasn't enough because he recast his general again, Concordant Crossroads and he had a Zuran Orb on the field. He sac-ed all his land and swung for 70+ damage
Game 3
This game went terribly because I was mana-screwed. I couldn't keep up with his ramp and i lose to 5/3s killing me.
-Umezawa's Jitte
-Sword of Fire and Ice
-Batterskull
-Stonehewer Giant
-Monastery Mentor
-Council's Judgment
+Sword of the Animist
+Sword of Light and Shadow
+Loreseeker Stone
+Tithe
+Burnished Heart
+Glory
I felt ramping was pretty much like drawing for mono-white which is why I added more ramp with cards like Tithe, Sword of the Animist and Burnished Heart. The Sword is to grab back creatures I might need to reuse again. The life gain doesn't hurt. Glory is a form of protection I was thinking of testing out.
Friday the 24th I didn't win any games because the edric guy that I played with last time was there and he had colluded with another player and they kept targeting me because the new player was mainly a yugioh player who had no clue what he was doing and was following the advice of the edric player. The edric player held a grudge cause I one shot him in a previous game.
Today when I went I played one game with the deck. My opening hand started with a Skullclamp, Mana Crypt, Elspeth, Sun's Champion, and 4 lands I believe. I didn't play my mana crypt until turn 3 when I drew a Ancient Tomb letting me get out a turn 3 Elspeth, Sun's Champion out. Basically by turn 5 or 6 I was able to have 8 tokens and a Jazal out. And with enough mana I took out the edric player who was not piloting a nekusar deck that was a zombie tribal deck. I then slowly systematically took out the other players in the group one by one. The deck is doing better though I wish I had more ways to draw cards in this deck.
I have stopped playing the deck as all the people I played against have seen what the deck can do and target me on first sight but I can answer questions still for people who are interested. Loreseeker's Stone works when I get it out. I have used it to draw at most 6 cards I think. It's a necessary card even if it cost too much. As for Endless Horizons I've never really liked the card much since every time I've played it it's always been destroyed. Then again i probably should not have gone higher than five snow-covered plains.
