This deck has gone through a lot of changes, from a voltron to a good-stuffs to a combo to a stax until finally what it is now, a pillowfort-esque/hatebear control.
I was able to get my Dakkon signed by the artist himself, Richard Kane-Ferguson, and it looks really sweet. Im looking to get it altered on top of that, but not sure if it would ruin the signature.
I have had a lot of fun playing Dakkon and highly recommend him as a flexible commander that can do a lot of different things, all while not getting hated on by a playgroup.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Still tinkering with ideas and playstyles
Journeyer's Kite? Dakkon always does well in a deck that can produce consistent land drops and Journeyer's Kite provides just that. It's card advantage on a stick and helps thin out the deck/pull out the lands you need.
With that, I also suggest Collective Restraint as another Propaganda effect. Between the shocks, fetches, and new slowlands/discount double check lands, it's pretty easy to set it up comfortably as a Ghostly Prison with a 3 mana tax instead of 2. Also if you run Oblivion Sower you have the potential to get Domain with it.
I don't see the point of Maze's End personally. In the end it's a more expensive Thawing Glaciers, trading potential synergy with mana fixing (which isn't a big issue in your build it seems). At least Thawing Glaciers, with certain cards, can be untapped and reused multiple times a turn for pure ramp. Deserted Temple I think would fit the slot better. It allows you to reuse Thawing Glaciers multiple times per turn and goes crazy with Cabal Coffers. Terrain Generator is another option and one of the only ways for nongreen decks to ramp.
I feel Clever Impersonator can be used in any deck that runs blue. In here, it can copy a pillowfort effect or a wincon. It's flexible in any situation. Phyrexian Metamorph is also pretty good.
Phyrexian Arena just adds another draw with a low drawback. You'll be pretty high on life since no one can hit you anyway.
I think you could use more removal. The pillowfort effects will keep creatures at bay, sure, but if you get hit with mass enchantment removal (Merciless Eviction for example) then your defenses are completely down. Spot removal can take care of the tough creatures or annoying noncreature permanents that can harm you. Utter End and Vindicate seem to be the best options, Necrotic Sliver is also pretty good if a bit slow.

the reason i hadn't included Journeyer's Kite was because Weathered Wayfarer took its spot, but I may throw it back in if i can figure out what to cut for it.
I had Phyrexian Arena in the original build, but i want to be a low priority target, and in my play group drawing cards usually gets you targeted lol, so I have opted to include not a lot of high priority draw spells like Consecrated Sphinx/Mulldrifter/Deep Analysis and the works

Maze's End is just a place holder for Thawing Glaciers, but I never thought of Deserted Temple, that will definitely make it in!
Clever Impersonator and Vindicate will probably make it in as well, but for now will be replaced with Phyrexian Metamorph and Utter End as I have those lying around somewhere
