Ok, first I guess I would suggest you organize your list by card type. Its really hard to see whats in your list when its completely alphabetically as it makes it hard to see if you have a specific card in the deck. My suggestion is to group them by card type so you put all the creatures together and you can sort alphabetically if you really want by creatures but put them on their own. Personally I like going by card type and then mana cost within the sections alphabetically for those who share the same cost.
If you do that, it will make it a lot easier for someone else to look at your list and suggest something. As it stands the readability of your decklist isn't as good as it probably could be.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
I had a long post but accidentally pressed the back button on my mouse.
In general it looks alright from a budget perspective but it looks like there are a lot of small things like playing Treachery over Control Magic that could still be tweeked. Consecrated Sphinx could come in for your Sphinx of Magosi. I think you also have a little too much focus in recurring and tutoring your artifacts because this appears to be a combo deck but you have little for combo pieces in your artifact slot. You do still have the bell and the altar I guess but like Junk Diver just felt out of place. Augur of Bolas also misses on like 80% of card flips in this deck which I have to advocate against using based on that. You might get some value out of Sea Gate Oracle in its place.
Some of the combos you are running seem a little jank too like the Mirran Spy + Retraction Helix plus some sort of infinite playing something but it just doesn't seem to add up enough to justify running it.
Your counterspells could get better I guess. Noncreatures tend to be more of an issue than creatures when playing combos so I think Negate might be stronger than Exclude for instance. I have always liked Arcane Denial over most of the 3+ mana counters too.
Your sorceries seem to have a little fat on them too. I would try to slim them down as they cost a lot and dont look optimized.
I think its a good start but it looks like it needs some upgrades over time. I think some of your combos are sort of cute but perhaps a little slow.

Thanks! I will take those into consideration next time I play the deck. Honestly I have yet to play it as I just finished building the current iteration last week. So when I take it for a few games I'll see how it does and where it needs improvements.

*Runs Nin, but doesn't run Curiosity. It gives you butt-loads of card draw, AND combos to "pretty much infinite but can't really call it 'infinite'" with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind.
Alright so I tried the deck out over the weekend and didn't do so great so here is what I've done so far. I only got to play two very long games so still not 100% on the deck itself and the changes I made but here is what I did:
I wanted something to have some ETB effects as well as being able to copy instants/sorceries. I'll probably try it out again this weekend and see how it goes or see if I can get some practice games on cockatrice or something.

Was wondering if anyone could recommend some upgrades or better cards or ideas.
My ideas for the deck are I can combo with:
Mirran Spy, Altar of the Brood, Retraction Helix, and my 0 cost artifacts would be Mox Opal, Everflowing Chalice.
I also put a lot of wizards in there to take advantage of the card draw and Niv-Mizzet,the Firemind ability.
Also I can win with Enter the Infinite and Laboratory Maniac.
I've also been considering putting in Mirror Sheen as the card doesn't seem that bad.
Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
