05/22/2016 Update: I have decided to resuscitate this deck because I currently dont have a casual deck. I will be posting an updated decklist within the next 2-3 days. Current decklist is from last year. Any suggestions for cards from the last 2-3 sets would be especially appreciated.
This deck is stupid. It makes no sense, but it's hella fun to play. Its also one of the few decks where your opponent still laughs despite getting one-shotted. It relies on things like Mirror-Entity to give cards all creature types so that they receive the bonuses from all the lords. Since the deck is stacked with lords from 12 different tribes, you can end up with some pretty wacky interactions. Indestructable, Double Strike, Forest Walk soldiers with Death Touch is no joke, especially when they are 8/8s. While it is not a super competitive deck, it can pull off some pretty surprising wins. I accidentally came up with this concept when I was trying to build an EDH deck with leftover cards in the middle of a game session as a joke. I didnt immediately think of the interactions the deck would have with Mirror-Entity until I 1-shot one of my opponents using a couple kithkin and elf lords..
The General
Karador is particularly suited for this type of deck because his colors give him access to most of the significant tribes (elves, soldiers, zombies) and because he has a powerful effect. If you are a millionaire and can afford the cost of a URBGW mana-base, Karona, General Tazri, Horde of Notions, etc make the deck even better. Adding blue allows you to go infinite with things like Elvish Archdruid and Myr Galvanizer when combined with any copy creature effect.
The Basic Combo
+
The concept is simple: Use one of the many tutors to get yourself Mirror Entity, and then use him to get the bonuses from ALL the lords you are fielding. Mirror Entity is the most crucial piece in this deck and must not under any circumstances die. We have included a number of sac outlets specifically to sac him if the opponent tries to exile him.
Other Fun Stuff
Other Fun Interactions

This part is pretty silly. It lets you cast everything in your graveyard. It is incredibly annoying to deal with, especially if you have Knight Exemplar or Timber Protector in your graveyard
+
Allows you to recur all your creature cards.
+
Put things into play from library for cheap? Yes please! At this point it might be worth trying to include some bounce like Flickerwisp in order to change the creature type on conspiracy
+
Isnt Haakon amazing? He lets you recast removal and combo pieces. #valuecity
+
But how do I tutor up those changeling instants? Glad you asked! These handy Harbinger cards allow you to not only tutor some important lords, but also find any card with the keyword changeling in them!
User DementedKirby, who has helped a lot with ideas for this deck has also put together a more competitive version of this decklist. I have included it here because it has a lot of good ideas.
I'd recommend including Lin-Sivvi, Defiant Hero, as she can both tutor for an recur Mirror Entity. This can also allow you to tutor up Changeling Hero as a way to save dudes from sweepers. Some other rebel tutors like Amrou Scout could help there too. You might also try some other search-into-play tutors like Skyshroud Poacher, which can get several lords in addition to the Entity.
Apart from that, I'd increase the count of your ramp spells, cutting some of your clunkier tutors like Increasing Ambition and Sylvan Tutor.

I really like the idea of using lin-sivvi. With Conspiracy out, she becomes very useful in general. I'll probably take out Increasing Ambition for her. Not too sure I need to put in extra ramp in there. Most of the cards are 3-4 cmc and the deck does fine with just 5-6 lands out. Further playtesting will determine wheter more ramp is necessary.
This deck is stupid? No way, it is awesome, dude! I love the idea!
Who doesn't love to do crazy things in Commander? What is crazier than playing a Superflexible Tribal Deck?
I think it can be even crazier! What things are possible if we dip into red and/or blue?
This idea reminds me of a Changeling EDH Deck with Reaper King as Commander (example decklist here).
Haha, thanks. By Stupid I mean silly. Doing 5 colors is totally possible. As a matter-of-fact Karona is ideally suited to this type of gameplay and opens up a lot of options with Golbin Lords and Slivers.

I actually had a Reaper King Changeling/Allies deck a while back. Its a bit harder to get to work properly because you need the creature type to change prior to entering the field. The karador deck is surprisingly consistent. It tends to catch people off guard, especially if they are seeing play it for the first time. After a few games however, your opponent will do their level best to keep Mirror-Entity of the field. Protecting him is relatively easy unless your opponent spams counters. Bounces arent a problem since you can activate his ability in response. Im gonna try to fit in stuff like eternal witness and that new morph guy in order to recur Shields of Velis Vel, this should make the deck slightly less dependent on Mirror-Entity.
Before actually building this deck, I used my Karador as a Knight tribal deck with Haakon being the real general. It worked really well and is a much more consistent alternative to the 12 Tribe version.
Wow, Karona would be really insane indeed! Having acces to Sliver Legion and Karona, False God is really cool! Another 5-color potential general for this kind of deck is of course Scion of the Ur-Dragon. Just reading these cards and thinking about building a deck is a whole lot of fun!
I didnt try out the sliver yet simple because there are so many of them to sort through. The only problem with including slivers is that slivers are such a good tribe that you can literally just omit all non-sliver cards and end up with a normal sliver tribal deck. While a normal sliver deck is more more powerful, it is relatively boring to play. That being said, a few select slivers like Galerider Sliver definitely have a place in this deck.

Man, this deck is more insane than the "take 40 lands plus 60 random cards from 300 and use that as your deck" Maelstrom Wanderer I've heard about. I would highly recommend 5-color with Sliver Legion or Reaper King. Add in Captain of the Watch or Shepherd of Rot for some absolutely bogus plays.

Not a fan of shepard of the rot, a lot of people in my meta run lifegain and the deck itself doesnt gain much life. Captain of the Watch is a good card but has relatively high cmc for what is essentially vigilance. I will probably be still playtesting her at one point.
Love the idea, check out gravespawn sovereign. It's my new fav card for a zombie tribal deck.
Gravespawn Sovereign is worth checking out, nice catch! He would probably work quite well in this deck. That being said, 6 cmc is a lot. I recently took apart my grimgrin deck so I have plenty of zombies laying around for playtesting.

U have undead warcheif as a solid zombie lord, reduces the cost of ur other zombies and +2/+1.
Myr galvanizer makes gravespawn sovereign so broken, gravespawn has worked wonders in my Sidisi zombie tribal deck. Prophet of kruphix makes the card so busted. I've gone from empty board to cast army of the damned, sac 3 zombies to flash back dread return and get gravespawn to reanimate prophet and something else and go out of control. I love the card so much. Hehe
Many of these tutor cards can be used to search for Shields of Velis Vel. Since you want to use that card more often reliably, what do you think about a card like Isochron Scepter?
Crib Swap is a no-brainer, Im honestly surprised I forgot to include it. Im not a huge fan of the tribal tutors that you have to tap since you have to wait 1 turn before using them. The ETB tutors sound great and can tutor the changeling spells as well. I will be including Treefolk and Elvish Harbinger for sure. I will wait for the other 2 since they cost 3 mana and have no extra effect. I will probably be taking out Lord of the Undead since unless you name Zombie for Ashes of the Fallen, he is just a regular anthem for 3cmc, which is worst them Wizened Cenn. Not a fan of the scepter since I have no way of protecting it and you need to exile the card you are using with it. Thanks for the feedback, give me a lot to think about.

Please do, Ive got some great ideas from this thread.! I'll probably be looking into cards that interact with specific creature types like Blood-Chin Fanatic. I dont have much time to playtest this week, but I should be able to spend a few hours this saturday trying out some new combos.

lol, I didnt even know that card existed. Its a pretty nice combo. Worst case scenario you get a free token for sac outlet every turn. It makes me wonder if there are any other cards with similar interactions. It's cheap so I will try to pick one up when I go to my LGS this weekend.

That must be an awesome LGS if you're sure you'll find obscure, Tempest crap rares like that one, lol.
We have a binder for literally every single set released. The front display has power 9, piles of alpha/beta duals, High-end Judge promos, etc... The store is a bit pricey but they have everything. Worst case scenario I'll just tag it on to my next order.
-Edit: Just checked their website, they have x4 NM copies for $0.74 each.

Now that's a LGS!! Well, good thing, because I'm pretty sure that card's gonna be an auto-include. You're already playing around Shields of Velis Vel and, as you said, it's not really a dead draw 'cause you get a free 2/2 token and worst case scenario you get a free sac outlet.

Hey, here's an idea: I notice that you have a couple of cards that give forestwalk to your elves. But not everyone's gonna run a forest. Why not just run Zombie Master and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth?

How about playing Precursor Golem? It basically gives all of a player's creatures an Ink-Treader Nephilim effect (when they have all creature types). This could be epic against an opponent. Give them all creature types and then you can use spells like Swords to Plowshares, etc. and exile them all. Sure, you lose Precursor Golem but at least you just exiled all of an opponents creatures. Maybe it could be spells that cantrip. That means you can draw a ton of cards. You can basically use Precursor Golem as a lord that allows you to abuse the pros of an Ink-Treader Nephilim deck. Long live the jank!
EDIT:
Here's a fun card you could consider for your maybeboard: Aurochs. Oh, and an awesome harbinger is Aurochs Herd. A serious beater + tutor. Can't go wrong with that!

Oh god, I always knew about Precursor Golem but I never carefully read it. Its ALL golems. Thats pretty crazy, I am sure it can be comboed with tons of things (Immaculate Magistrate comes to mind, gives X +1/+1 counters to all creatures you control where x is the amount of creatures you control). Not a fan of the aurochs though. They are decent, but I feel that some other cards might be more important.
Sorry if Im not posting as often, really busy time of the year.

The Theros block archetypes are cool as well since they boon your creatures and remove from your opponents. Here are some other suggestions as well:

The Theros block archetypes are cool as well since they boon your creatures and remove from your opponents. Here are some other suggestions as well:
Avenger of Zendikar works sorta well. What I find happens is that you dont get many triggers (If any) before he bites the dust. We have a lot of recursion so its not too bad, but your other lords die pretty often too and its usually better to recur 2 lords rather then one Avenger of Zendikar. Jorage Warcaller is alright, but pumping him to more then +2/+2 is hard because of the mana color requirements. Not a fan of Unbreathing Horde, since in most cases the cards in your graveyard will be knights. It also gets chumped all day and usually ends up just being a moderately large creature with no evasion or anything. Thunderfoot Baloth seems really interesting however. Its basically a +2/+2 Avenger of Zendikar that comes out earlier and gives all your creatures trample. I will be trying that one out for sure.
I love to use Precursor Golem with "Overrun-effects". For example if you use a card like Wildsize, all your creatures get +2/+2 and trample and you draw a card for each! Hunter's Prowess can also be an insane card drawing machine. Making your whole team simply huge can be enjoyed with cards like Enlarge, Revenge of the Hunted, Tower Above. The golem really is a build around card. Are you going to use it, AzamiLadyofTrolls?
Its a shame Precursor Golem doesnt work with Immaculate Magistrate. Although precursor golem might have a few big advantages, I'd have to cut more then one card in order to add in instants and sorceries to support him. He lack versatility in a deck that already heavily relies on a few key cards. That being said, I found a copy in my rares box so I might try him out anyways. Ascetism is a great card and I usually slot it in every creature heavy deck I own. In this case however, only exile effects and wrath effects really impact us. I usually just end up tutoring Eladamri, Lord of Leaves using Elvish Harbinger (or any of the other tutors). What Ive found this deck seriously lacks is either evasion or trample. Thunderhoof Baloth really helps here. Im thinking of throwing in Nylea as well. Ive been pretty busy with my job hunt (starting to finally get interviews), so I havent really playtested the deck or updated the OP in almost a week now. I'll get around to it as soon as I can.
Thanks for all the feedback.

That's exactly why I recommended Precursor Golem, lol. It's a nice card to build around treating it like an Ink-Treader Nephilim. Casting cantrips that give boons to Precursor Golem means that you make a lot of copies snagging you a lot of cards. Using it against an opponent with Swords to Plowshares means exiling all of your opponents' creatures.
Oh, and WBG does have hexproof lords, particularly Archetype of Endurance (which is why I mentioned the Theros block archetypes). It gives hexproof to your creatures and removes hexproof from your opponents' creatures.

Now I know you're building this Frankenstein with some spare cards you have but the concept is so novel and epic, that if you want to find some extra cards for it, it can be an epic deck. Anyways, here's my take on it:
I know the dual lands make this deck ridiculously expensive, but you can switch each out for a different basic lands (or maybe the Theros block scrylands). Anyways, I didn't put so much emphasis on the lords because the deck can become too creature heavy. I did, however, add ways to make it easier to tutor for certain creatures or key cards as you did. The deck isn't too different from yours or your concept, but it can hit hard. I tried to make it a bit more consistent plus I added the Precursor Golem package I recommended you. With Precursor Golem out, you can use Shields of Velis Vel and Crib Swap to exile all of your opponents' creatures. Pretty awesome. You can also boon your own creatures and draw cards, to boot!

Not a fan of shepard of the rot, a lot of people in my meta run lifegain and the deck itself doesnt gain much life. Captain of the Watch is a good card but has relatively high cmc for what is essentially vigilance. I will probably be still playtesting her at one point.
Gravespawn Sovereign is worth checking out, nice catch! He would probably work quite well in this deck. That being said, 6 cmc is a lot. I recently took apart my grimgrin deck so I have plenty of zombies laying around for playtesting.

Hehe
Oh wow, didnt notice that interaction, I wont put in permanently just yet, but I will try it out next time I play the deck.

Other things to try out include: Avenger of Zendikar, Blood-Chin Rager, Bloodline Keeper, Bonescythe Sliver, Catapult Master, Fellhide Petrifier, Full-Moon's Rise,

Thanks for all the suggestions.

EDIT:
Have you considered Avenger of Zendikar? You get plant tokens yet with all your creatures with every creature type you get the landfall bonus for all of your creatures.

Oh, and WBG does have hexproof lords, particularly Archetype of Endurance (which is why I mentioned the Theros block archetypes). It gives hexproof to your creatures and removes hexproof from your opponents' creatures.

Man this deck is pretty cool, I think I would be tempted to go 5 color though for Xenograft and Sliver Overlord as a Mirror Entity tutor.
