This deck was planned as aggro control, but have problems against U/x decks in my meta, like Geist, Narset and Tasigur. So, I changed to hard control, to aim the most common decks. Others archetypes of decks are 50/50 or easier matchups.
Notable omissions Bitterblossom + Contamination - After the unban in Modern, the price of Bitterbloossom increased drastically. Maybe I pick one if I have the chance and the price lower a bit, because it's a good for aggro, defense or lock with Contamination.
Things that I'm considering to use Appetite for Brains and Night Terrors - Can take off forever some problems. Combust - High damage for low cost, instant and uncouterable. Lifebane Zombie - As a removal, and minor beater. Omen of Fire - Near to blow both colors, blue to hand, and white to grave, have potencial. Reign of Chaos - 2 targets for 4 mana seems reasonable cost. Rhystic Tutor - More tutors are always good. Sirocco - Nice discard against U/x, and instant.
I can't really help you since I have never played with or against Olivia but at first glance, your list seems slow, especially for the creature section (most of the rest seems fine)
As the format is not really revolving around creatures, non blue control is not really easy so I think you need a fast and efficient curve with disruptive spells and a fast way to end the game.

Hex Parasite - BR could have difficulties to remove planeswalkers, and this is a good removal, re-usable and serves to others options too.
Magus of the Moon - To crash hungry manabase, including myself, but I can adapt my plan during the game.
Maralen of the Mornsong - Combo with Stranglehold.
Master of Cruelties - Win option if needed, and always scarier.
Phyrexian Revoker - Shutdown anoying actived abilities.
Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon - Win option if needed, and always scarier too.
Dystopia - Good hate against G/W decks.
Phyrexian Arena - Draw is always good.
Stranglehold - Combo with Maralen of the Mornsong.
Waste Not - In a deck focused on discard, this is good option.
Pithing Needle - Like Phyrexian Revoker, and can shutdown lands (I'm looking at you, Maze of Ith).
Sword of Fire and Ice - Gives some protection, additional damage, and draw, and if it's equipped on Skithiryx, it's take only two attacks to kill.
Torpor Orb - Shutdown some ETB strategies.
Black Sun's Zenith - Mass removal.
Blasphemous Act - Mass removal.
Blightning - Good discard and bonus famage for 3cmc.
Chainer's Edict - Good removal against voltron and hexproof.
Coercion - Looking the hand and discard everything wanted.
Cry of Contrition - Basic discard with recursion.
Demonic Tutor - Traditional tutor.
Diabolic Tutor - High costed tutor, but the non-reveal clause is good.
Distress - Basic discard.
Dreadbore - Traditional removal.
Duress - Basic discard.
Encroach - Discard that can be very useful against bi-colored decks with lots of non-basic if in opening hand.
Hymn to Tourach - Basic discard.
Inquisition of Kozilek - Basic discard.
Mind Shatter - Complete discard, or just chaos.
Mutilate - Mass removal.
Night's Whisper - Basic draw for a lower cost.

Withering Boon - A very uncommon that can surprise everyone.
Lavaclaw Reaches - The deck have few creatures, and this could help if needed.
Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace - If I didn't draw the discard spells, this land could help. Maybe be a fragile card, but can be useful.
Stensia Bloodhall - Ironically, can be a finisher after an attack from Master of Cruelties.
Urborg - A piece of my collection, not used yet, but fun.
